Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Hesperia

I ordered from here last night, my order was wrong by the time I called the store, it was closed. I called today to explain the issue and was told I was calling the wrong location, I asked if they were the dominos by the target shopping center, the guy said no. Which is clearly a lie. I verified the address and they confirmed it was the correct store, in the target shopping center. I asked for a Manager, and got a guy named William who stated he was the manager but he is actually the Assistant manager, another lie. William proceeded to tell me that he was unable to access orders from the previous day, but later on throughout the call stated he would pull it up. Another lie. He continued to argue about the quality of my food and said quote “ I made it so it was correct” I’ve never had an employee play games the way these workers did. The lying and argumentative attitude was uncalled for. I reminded the worker that his own company records their calls and I wanted to speak to a GM/HR, then he changed his whole attitude and said he would replace my order. The point though is that I shouldn’t have to argue and be lied to multiple times in order to fix an issue that I have with my food. Customer service...

I was driving by, to visit a friend on Friday the 4th of Nov. I decided to pick up a large pizza and a bottle of 2 liter coke. I stopped at the store, there was a printed menu on the counter, which I brought with me, there was also a board behind the person taking the order, with the items listed. Neither the board or the printed paper menu had any prices listed. Needless to say the person was free to charge whatever, he could and he did. The total for me came to $33.63, I asked from some crushed pepper and was told it would cost me yet another $1.50, I handed over $2 it was not rung up on the register and no change was retuned to me. This franchise is located at 12693 Main Street, #240 Hesperia Ca 92340.

$35 dollar for a pizza and a bottle of soda, they are price gouging.

The bad reviews confuse me. This is the BEAT Dominos in the whole high desert! Customer service and the pizza is always yummmmay! Kevin, you are also AWESOME! I recently made a comment about the car side timer and the GM (I believe his name is Kevin.. I also forget names 2 minutes after hearing them) actually made it a point to come say hi, introduce himself and wanted to make sure our experience is great and we have no issues in the future. (Even though we weren’t upset or mad.. just saying) They do an excellent job at this location and we’ve been ordering here since it opened.
