Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in High Point

We bought a large container of chicken salad to take home based upon the counter representatives recommendation of the flavor not being too spicy. Once we got home we tried it and it was inedibly hot and spicy! I had to leave town that day and wasn't able to return the full container until today, nearly 6 days later. The manager said she could not exchange this very expensive chicken salad for another less spicy one due to it being almost a week. She said if we had come back the next day, she might have been able to exchange it - which makes not sense - or should alert you on their placing returned containers back on the shelf! I would assume they would throw away the original container as they would have no idea what happened to it or if it had been opened and tampered with - regardless of the time between purchase and return! This crazy answer makes me think they return product that has been tasted back to the retail shelf! At $14 per container, I am certain the margin is there to exchange a returned item which should be properly disposed of and not reintroduced into the retail sales stream!!!!! Good heavens, what other ways are they cutting corners?! I'm sure the manager on duty just lacked the education behind customer service economics! Avoid this location or taste everything prior to leaving so you can exchange if you don't like...

Had a horrible experience at this location in High Point by the manager we were a party of three and as we realize the table was dirty we decide to move to another table not saying anything to anyone as we were doing that the manager saw us because she had our food so she said very loud girls are y'all making trouble and we said excuse me there's no trouble being made here we're just moving to a table that is clean then she proceeded to say girls I just told my staff to clean the tables because it was three dirty tables she saw the dirty tables and then she said I'm gonna to knock my staff eyes out. We were so disgusted by her being so unprofessional!! Then a few white women was leaving the store then She said ladies have a great day !!! while she was cleaning our table and continuing to call us girls there was no girls in our party .We all range from 60,50 and 40 years of age.Do better it's not like your chicken Salad taste any better than the grocery store, deli, chicken salad, and how hard is it to keep tables clean because the store was not busy.She was very rude Racist and disrespectful and I would never return there...

I placed a large order for our office and asked that names be placed on the order. When the order arrived there were no names on the order. So I had 19 lunches that we were supposed to try and figure out. When I called the restaurant about this, the young lady apologized and stated they had told the person picking up the meal that they had not labeled them. She also stated that this was a training error for a new cashier. While I can sympathize with having new employees, this should not have been a training moment. For a order of 19 meals which was close to $200.00 a more experienced person should have been handling the order. There was also some items missing. This is the second time we have had items missing from our order. Unfortunately, we will not be using them for lunch orders again.
