Horrible. I’m sorry to even say this. But unfortunately every time I have come to this location I’m not pleased with our experience. This is the first time I’ve left a review here because I’ve already been a couple of times and this will be my last time. While the food was exceptional, it wasn’t as good as I hoped to be for the cost because my Alfredo dish wasn’t even completely coated in sauce. So some noodles were left dry and our food wasn’t freshly hot when it came out it was just like warm. Our server, who’s name is Charmane, unfortunately she didn’t receive a great tip from our party because her service was not good at all. We came for my daughters fifth birthday and had to ask for refills the entire time, asked for more breadsticks, I had to stop another server multiple times who was waiting her very own section to even give us cheese for our salad because Charmane didn’t even ask if we wanted any. We had to ask other servers to either find ours or get something for us. My dad even asked her if she had tried the meatballs and her response was a little snarky and she replied “I don’t eat pork.” Okay… I’m sorry we asked then? It was just a question. She was not friendly at all in the least bit. Even when I came back from the restaurant with my 9 month old baby her and another waitress were in the walkway just standing and talking and I had to stand behind them for a couple of minutes before they finally moved to let me walk through while they still stood and continued to talk. So our table has to keep repeatedly asking you for things you should already be doing…. But you have time to stand around and talk? And it took at least 15 mins to even receive my daughters free desert that we got to go and she told my husband “he’s still cutting it.” When he asked if we were still getting it. Then It had to be voided by a manager apparently off the ticket. I don’t know all I know is we spent over $60 for two entrees and one child’s plate and it wasn’t worth it. Had to use our own birthday gift card for our daughters birthday and this is the service we still received. Just disappointed .had she been a better service and at least pretended to be friendly she would’ve received a waaaaay better tip and I wouldn’t be leaving this review but that was the last straw for me. Won’t be coming back. And I’m aware of busy nights and such as my husband used to be a restaurant manager. But some things there just aren’t any...
Read moreI’ve dined at this particular Olive Garden twice with in a week. The first experience was not my great because the waitress made me wait for bread after asking twice. She told me that the bread will come after I ordered my main course. I’ve never heard that from any Olive Garden. Especially when I ordered alcoholic beverages and appetizers already. And the kitchen undercooked my noodles but the manager corrected that problem.
However on my recent experience I met my sister-in-law for her birthday. The waiter was very attentive. He immediately came to the table when I got there and asked what I needed. He took my drink order and can back within minutes with my alcoholic beverage and a glass of water! First sign of a great waiter! Then after ordering a soup he checked in ever so often to check and see when I needed a refill. He also bring bread immediately with my first soup. Soup doesn’t take long to prep from an establishment who has it ready at hand so I’m not surprised it didn’t take any time. I was just grateful that he bring the bread with it. Since with in the 10 mins I sat down I had my drink and then my food I didn’t even get a ham e to ask about bread and it was there! I would say in the 45mins to an hour that I was there he came by the table at least 6-8 times clearing plates, checking needs, refilling soup. I knew by the 3rd encounter that he definitely loved his job! I can stay he was readily available when needed and always came with a smile. His name is Jeremiah and if you want a great waiter then I suggest you ask to sit in his area because I surely will when I go back. He completely changed my thoughts of eating at that Olive Garden for awhile. A good waiter can make for a great experience and a bad one or someone not so invested came turn you away from a restaurant you’ve always liked. So my good experience definitely out weighed the bad and that’s why I rated at a 4.
However, if another waiter ever tells me to wait until my meal for bread I’m going to believe that it’s a rule Olive Garden inserted and that’s going to...
Read moreThis is the worse Olive Garden I've ever been too. So, it was my husbands birthday and we (along with our 12 yr old son) went to OG for dinner. After being seating, for about 25 min with no one approaching our table not a single waitress or hostess asked us if we needed anything, water, appetizers, nothing. So, 25 min later, another couple was seated next to us on the other side of the aisle and within 3 min, a waitress was at their table serving them. Remind you, we are are seated on the same aisle, just on the left side and not the right side. The same waitress that came to service the table that was just seated had walked past our table at least 5 times and did not ask us if we needed anything. Granted, it may have not been her section to service but I thought OG was all about TEAM WORK, if you see guest seated with no utensils, no water, no drinks, no anything, at least ask if you can assist until their assigned waitress can service them. But no, no one said anything at all and the couple next to us ordered their food and received their food. Remind you, we still had no water on our tables and it was 35-40 min later. So, after the couple next to us asked for their 'to go' box, my husband patient where over and we asked for the manager before we left without being serviced. First a young lady came forward pretending to be a manager or supervisor and all she said was, I'm sorry for that and we apologize......... nothing???? So, I walked out in frustration and my husband went back in to get the Managers first and last name ( Jamie K). When he went back in, another gentleman from the back came to the front and advised he was actually the manager and not the girl who portrayed to be a manager. He tried to sit us down and explain he would comp our meal but at that moment, I had no appetite for OG and was fuming, trying to keep a cool head because if was my husband birthday dinner. Finally, we advised of the horrible way we were treated at this OG and we will NEVER go back here to eat....
