Ordered a large and medium Meatza. I was told it would be delivered in an hour. Well we got it in 15 mins, which was fine but the quality of the pizza was poor. It was the worst pizza I had ever tasted from this location and I have ordered plenty. Then manager offered to send another order but it was late and I didn't want to order more pizza at that time. Well she said she would credit my account for the total of my order. Last night I decided to take advantage of my credit for being inconvenienced. Only to find out that she only credited the account for $20. Chris, the rep who assisted me argued with me when I tried to explain. Then he put me on hold, while waiting on the manager. Well the manager never came to the phone so we went into the store. They would only honor what was in the system and was not very concerned about us not being satisfied with our experience at their store. Worst experience ever!!!! I will not be ordering from this location again and will strongly encourage my friends and family not to use this location. Read moreToday 06/05, I put in a delivery order for a Free Pasta (with my 60 points i cant get back btw) and a brownie which i was paying for. I selected cash for form of payment. Thank God i did! I never received my order, but it said completed. I also received no call about my order. So after a whole hour an half i called. I asked the “manger” for a free pizza or something since my order never came. The manager said he do not know what happened to the order and he canceled it?? And that i cannot get a free pizza, then said you know what we can get your order back out another (34 mins) and give you a free two topping Medium Pizza for next time. He also said something about not charging me a delivery fee to send it back out. First of all, how was i going to get that free pizza for next time or was this to shut me up? They never put enough meat on the pizza anyway. So i told him never mind to everything ill leave a review. Funny, how most would think of this as a company specializing in delivery, but they have made this "service" so poor, they should not be allowed to include this in their services/products. From the time the driver "left the store" to actual deliver was 38 minutes and the driver, while extremely nice, says that she has had to apologize to every customer this evening because she is the only driver. REALLY. This was my second bad experience in a row with this store. Burn me once, shame on you. Burn me twice, shame on me. There won't be a third time.
Edit: 7/17/2021. So I gave in and tried this store again. What do I get. Parts of my order missing, part of it burnt, and the remainder cold.
