I ordered 4 biggie bags. 3 with plain burgers and one all the way. My order was wrong so I called the manager and she said they would fix it. When I arrived to the store, the worker in the drive thru was rude when I explained to her what I was missing. When I got to the window, I reiterated what was missing. She then asked for all of my food back. She came back to the window after going through my food and told me that she can fix the burgers and the missing nugget and re bag rest of my food. I thought that was odd at this point because now my food is all cold and also they aren’t supposed to take food back through the window. I asked for a manager NICELY! The cashier DECLINED and stated that the manager was in a meeting. I told her “ok I can wait for her in a parking spot” she DECLINED AGAIN and stated I can either get the food back at this point or I can leave. I told her nicely that I will wait for the manager. She then told me she is calling the police on me and slammed the drive through window in my face. I waited until she came back, she came back with 16dollars in hand and told me that was all I can get at this point because my kids and I had been drinking our drinks. (Mind you it’s 90 degrees outside). I took the money back and pulled around to a parking spot to gather the store number because the cashier took my receipt (the store number is on the receipt). At this point the police walk up to my car and stated that the store called because I “wouldnt leave the drive thru” I told him I was trying to find a resolution for the food I just bought and that I wasn’t going to leave empty handed. 🤷🏾♀️ He then asked for my name because I am OFFICIALLY banned from the store. I didn’t do ANYTHING but try and get the correct food for my children. I’m not worried about my food. It’s my children...
Read moreI usually visit this Wendy's during the day, and the daytime shift is always polite, quick, and professional. However, I don’t recommend going here at night—it’s like a completely different experience. When I stopped by in the evening, the atmosphere was unwelcoming, almost as if it was being run by high-schoolers. As soon as I entered to ask about the dining hours, the staff stared at me instead of greeting me. A short, red-headed staff member, referred to as "Red" by her coworkers, was sitting with a group of customers and just stared at me without offering any acknowledgment.
One of the crew members, more focused on cleaning the drink machine than helping customers, finally responded that the dining room closed at 10 p.m., though it was only around 9:30. I had intended to dine in and do some work on my laptop, but the unwelcoming vibe made me reconsider. After grabbing something from my truck, I came back inside and stood at the register for a few minutes. That same red-headed staff member approached me and asked, in a rude and condescending manner, "What are you here for? Are you picking up or placing an order?" Her tone was disrespectful, and she kept overemphasizing the word "sir" in a sarcastic way. Her behavior amused the other crew members.
I ordered a Baconator double, and unsurprisingly, my sandwich was poorly made—with half a piece of bacon on the top and only a few pieces in the middle. "Red" bagged my food, placed it on the counter without a word, and walked away. The overall attitude from the staff gave off an uncomfortable, unwelcoming vibe, which made me question the quality and handling...
Read moreThere is no where on the website to email a complaint so I thought I would start here. My husband and I stopped here yesterday to eat lunch. We had our 3 year old grandson with us. When we walked in we noticed how hot it was inside the restaurant. I commented to someone about the heat and they said the air had been broke for the past 3 days with no one bothering to look at it. While we waited to order our food someone walked up to the counter asking for a cloth to wipe off the tables - no one had cleaned off any tables in the eating area. After standing in the heat and waiting to order (stood there almost 10 minutes - with only 1 person in front of us - waiting on their food) we were never even acknowledged - so we decided to leave without even ordering. The lane for the drive thru is right next to the entrance / exit door. My grandson walked out in front of me and there was a car speeding thru the drive thru lane - thank GOD my grandson stopped right at the curb waiting on me to come out of the door - this is a horrible design and something needs to be done about the way it is designed. I am surprised some kid hasn't run out of the door in front of a speeding car coming up to the drive thru. This restaurant is horrible - will NEVER waste my time coming here again. We ended up at McDonalds which was 100% better - people don't even waste...
