Wendy's — Restaurant in High Point

Ok I never leave reviews so this might be a little all over the place but bare with me. I went to this location (in the drive thru) last week because I was craving a large fry and -Chocolate- frosty to dip my fries in. I pulled up to the window and now I guess they have an Automated message saying "Hi. Well you be using your Wendys rewards points today?" (

I am a regular customer being this Wendy's is near the hospital I work at. I often order food for myself and colleagues. The Customer Service is VERY POOR! The wait time in the drive through is always over 15 minutes which is very inconvenient for employees with 30 minute lunches and this location has given me the wrong order including COLD food 3 times in the last month. The General Manager is unprofessional she lies about addressing concerns with the employees. She has not interest in teaching her team to provide impeccable customer service, she laughts and jokes at the window with them while there are 10 cars in the driver through. She advised me the Employee who used profanity would be terminated a month ago and yesterday she stated HR says she could not fire him! Today she proceeded to lie and say he was a good worker when in fact she stated she had received many complaints about the employee. She should not be a GM, I was a GM IN 2008 IN APEX NC AND SHE DO NOT EVEN ENCOURAGE THE TIME CLOCK FOR SERVICE THIS LOCATION NEEDS ANOTHER GM IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THIS PLACE GET SHUTS DOWN WITH A LAW SUIT! Ordered a kids cheeseburger meal plain with ONLY ketchup, a large chili with cheese and sour cream, two frostys (one was the kids frosty). They were also out of chocolate which is fine so we said okay to the vanilla. She tells me to pull up. Get to the first window lady doesn’t even tell me how much I owe just waited for me to pull my card out and hand to her. Lady at the second window clearly loves her job. She didn’t even speak. Handed me two bags and 2 frostys and shut the window. I looked inside the bag and noticed I had no crackers. Waited outside the window all awkward and the lady sees me and comes back with the most pissed off look. I asked for crackers. She hands me 2 crackers and shuts the window. Fast forward to now. Get home. They didn’t give me the sour cream I asked for. They also put mustard, onions, and pickles on my child’s cheeseburger. I take the onions and pickles off. Can’t get the mustard off obviously. My child takes one bite spits it out and now won’t eat her cheeseburger. And the frostys were so liquidy they were coming out of the tops of the cup into my cup holder as well. Between the employees just not giving a crap and throwing an order together that’s not even correct as well as their poor attitudes I don’t think I’ll be back. Probably the worst I’ve been...
