I go here a lot and Iāve been waiting some time to do a reviewā¦
This place consistently has the worst service Iāve ever experienced at a āfastā food establishment. I use quotation marks on fast because this place has never once been fast.
Getting through the drive through in a timely manner is such a chore. Itās not uncommon to spend 15-20 minutes in the drive through line and for your order to still be wrong.
Tonight, I sat at the window for more than five minutes without anyone acknowledging or speaking to me. They also got my order wrong and when I circled back around to drive through lanes, I ended up sitting behind three other cars, one of which sat at the order microphone box for more than five minutes without anyone speaking to them. Needless to say, I left without my order being corrected because I couldnāt bare the thought of sitting for another 20 minutes to get to the box or window to tell them they missed an item⦠and then having to wait for them to make it.
A week ago, I went through the drive through and had someone be rude AF and dismissive to me while I was ordering. When I got to the window he had a terrible attitude and never looked at me once.
All of this said, I have had decent experiences with staff during the morning shift, but afternoon through night shift just never seems to care about timely or friendly service.
I wonāt give it a straight one star, because I have had decent experiences and when the food is done right, itās great. But I wonāt be updating this review or going back for some time.

Just skip this one and drive to the next one. Grew up down the street from this one. It was great when I was in high school over 10 years ago but now, just avoid it like the plague. It's been run down by high schoolers who don't understand basic work ethic or how to be a decent human being I guess. Example, telling them your name in the drive thru and then listening to a high schooler make fun of it repeatedly through the speaker AND at the window as you're waiting forever for your disgusting greasy crap food. 98% of the time you'll be waiting 20 minutes even if there's no line and something is almost always wrong with it. Pretending they don't speak english in the drive thru or mumbling and then listening to them hysterically laugh through the speaker when you finally get to pull up. Why would you give them any money? 9/10 you'll regret it. Daytime, evening, late at night. Doesn't matter. She was rude while taking my order. I ordered my meal and said with a coke, and she said you get your own drink and pointed off to the side where the drink machine was. Apparently she doesn't know that coke in Texas just means soft drink. So while waiting with my daughter for our food we noticed a few teenage boys getting some refills before leaving after they had eaten their food AND they cleaned off their table. She came out and got major attitude with them. Insisted that they didn't pay for drinks they had gotten water. They obviously had small drink, not the water cups. When they politely informed her that they had paid for cokes, she told all of you are always stealing sodas. And they she walked back into the employee area. The boys just looked confused and left. She was extremely rude and I couldn't believe she talked to them that way.
