Boba Bar — Restaurant in Highland Village

Boba itself is all right and I do like the playful environment with the games. However, the service felt a bit lacking as I was told to wait until they finish their conversation. I had one or two questions regarding the different types of teas and what was offered as I had not had a lot of experience with boba tea. The ladies at the front seemed very disinterested in helping me and very much concerned with their own personal lives. I also took a note as to the attire of their staff because one of them had a shirt that was more of a sports bra then an actual appropriate shirt to be wearing around food and beverages. I'm not one to judge but when you're working with food and drinks, it is not appropriate to come to work half dressed, especially since this is a family...

have been here a few times now. Service is normally really great but I have only been here when the owner was there.

Tonight, however, was a disappointing experience. My friend and I arrived around 9:20, and aside from one table who already had drinks, we were the only ones needing to order. It took a while for the staff to even acknowledge us, as they were too busy chatting with the other table—who seemed to be their friends. It felt unprofessional. Then around 9:30, a group of four girls walked in, and the staff audibly sighed and rolled their eyes. As someone who works in the service industry, I get that it can be tiring, but that’s no way to treat paying

Never one to leave reviews, but tonight triggered something that I feel needs to be brought...

Wait time could use improvement There was only two other people in here and they didn’t get their drinks till about our waiting time was around 7 minutes

Brown sugar boba (basic boba) was a 15 minute wait to be ready….I mean sure

Flavors are decent for boba it’s not bad but not crazy amazing either

Overall this place is mid

They don’t address why they are always out of brown boba Wait time has yet to be improved (it’s brewed fresh everytime) sure you brew it fresh but there’s other places doing the same no problem. Milky drinks is the reoccurring theme with them their solution “customize it” milky is the intention based on that response.
