If you're looking for a place in Highlands to have breakfast or lunch, especially to bypass the long lines and the wait at local breakfast places, YOU MUST COME TO DON LEON'S. The food is fresh, priced right, and did I mention you don't have to wait! Not even a 1 minute drive on Dillard Road and you're there. Free unlimited coffee is a perk! Don Leon's is the place to go in town!

Another excellent lunch at Don Lion's March 15. Friend and I always have a lunch at Don's when in Highlands. Always excellent. My "Susan's Rueben" was 100% delicious and the included fries at Leon's are in a small restaurant group of "The Best". Friend said the salad was delicious. Photo of card shows 5 trips to Highlands and 5 EXCELLENT times.

The atmosphere is nice and there is a variety of food items on the menu. The onion rings were delicious but we were shocked to get only seven...one which was tiny (see photo)... FOR $8.00!! That's more than $1 per onion ring! However, I did enjoy a free cup of hot tea while waiting on our order.

What a fabulous experience! We were greeted by Susan with her high energy and welcoming warm personality. We dined outside with delicious clam chowder and rubens. Both were so delicious and you could tell made with much love. Aside from the food, the owner Don Leon came outside and visited with us for quite some time which is something that never happens these days. What an incredible couple they both are, and we immediately fell in love with them and their wonderful personalities. We look so forward to dinning and visiting with them both again. Thank you both for making our Halloween so much...
