Awsome service. It's me quick lady! Another sucessfull pit stop. . I pre-ordered & pre-paid for my food 1 hour early and it was ready & hot when I arrived. Everyone behind the counter greeted me as I aproched the counter. The lady was helpfull and very pleasent to deal with. I ordered a whole chicken and for a side I got a big Cesar Salad... WOW. The food was really good, and they were quick for rush hour. So 10 stars..... Good quailty, fast, affordable, acurate and frienldy service. Will defenately recomend them & be a returning customer. Now for the record , some complain about their wait time, I can understand that. I'snt that tobe expected for good food? Then the NY chicken a block away had no buisness. So yeah you may have a wait. We are in a heavenly populated area and then their food is in demand, So yeah , if you dont call a head, you may be waiting. I would never be foolish enough to order something on my lunch. Think about it. Like you only have an hour.... How can you order, eat and be back in time, lol thats funny. Do like I did and order a head.... So in closing, if you havent eatin here before, you missing out. Alot of people like them so order a head, trust me. I dont think anyone is impatient as myself, (Work in progress)! lol Pt.2 Next day at lunch~ Ordered 45 mins a head. AND OF COURSE ALREADY READY , CORRECT AND GOOD.. CALL AHEAD....... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATED REVIEW FOR 3RD VISIT! Another sucessfull pit stop . 3RD TIME NOW!! I was in and out. Pre-ordered my food an hour early,or course when I got there it was ready and hot. Food as always tasted great. It's nice when you pre-order cuz you dont have to stand in line, just go straight to the register and show them your printed recept. It's that simple. YOUR OUT OF THERE!! People were in there complaining and getting impatient for waiting on their food to be ready.SMH.... Listen, think for just one minute people. Good food means there will be a wait. YA GOTTA PRE-ORDER. No one can be more impatient than me. Trust me. The people that work there are patient to, they have good attidudes. I dont know how they do it. Oh and its clean in there... How can I foreget that? Thanks again!

I’m a firm believer that Peruvian chicken, known as pollo a la brasa, doesn’t get the respect it deserves. It should be up there with the most popular food groups in the world. I was in DC for 3 days, and was spammed with requests to hit 2 restaurants - El Pollo Rico and Sardis. El Pollo Rico changed my life, so I had to get over to Sardis for a heat check. I stepped out of my uber and had a great feeling as you could smell the beautiful aroma of the pollo a la brasa from outside. When I walked in there was a sign that read “Water cups are only for water, please, thank you!” and this is a great indicator that a spot is gonna SLAP. I put my order in as locally sourced farm fresh grade A chickens rotated over charcoal in the background. I went with my life blood order of a half chicken, chaufa, and plantains which ran $16.60. This chicken was amazing, but not quite El Pollo Rico level. I have it at the top of my A-tier, just below the mythical S-Tier that is reserved for some Hall of Fame tissi. But when you add the sauces in, it goes nuclear. Some good Peruvian green sauce, aka aji verde, will truly change your life. The sides of chaufa, which is just peruvian fried rice, and plantains here were fantastic. Sweet plantains are also criminally underrated. The perfect compliment to some good bird. I’ve been holding off on giving a number rating to restaurant chickens, just because I did so many before Chicken Wars took off. But moving forward, I’m going to start rating every one. It’s time. It’s what the people want. IG @jnov_ Tiktok @jnov__

Id like to say that I arrived there late at 9:28. The guy that served me was very pleasant. The lady that added the sides was ok, she could have a smile. But Shawn and Tierra who rang me up where amazing, even at closing while everyone else was rushing me to order, Shawn took her time to ensure that my order was correct. I wanted fried rice but Im was given white rice, Shawn immediately said oh don’t worry I got you. Then she went and pour fried rice in a separate container, and to make it right for the error that was made she asked me is there another side I would like? I was wow…. I was amazed and surprised that this lady recognized the importance of client service and she went above and beyond to retify the mistake made. I don’t know if she is a manager or supervisor but if she is not she should be. People like her make clients like me want to come back. And because of her I will continue going to that location. Shawn I hope you read this and if you do next time I come back and hope to see you every time, I will wait for you to complete my order. Your are amazing. I think you should be a trainer, because that late at night, everyone was rushing me but you did not and while everyone had a face like they didn’t want to be there, you had a beautiful smile, an amazing personality, a great attitude, a concern to ensure that me the client was happy and satisfied. I have never received such amazing service at Sardis like the one you gave me. I will be back next Monday 10/25/2021 at te same time in the hopes that you are working. I don’t want anyone else to help me but you. Thank you for making me feel special. I hope that you get recognize for the outstanding service you gave me so late at night. Thank you Shawn and i think you should be training everyone one else all of Sardis different locations near you. Because your service was...
