Baja Fresh — Restaurant in Hillsboro

The WORST service experience I've ever had. Do not go here. I'm a non-confromtational person, I don't like to cause a scene...but here's my story:

I ordered a Baja bowl with no onions and a kids meal--simple. They tried to give me 2 tostada bowls and a burrito kids meal (someone else's order). Then when they actually made me my food they gave me a burrito and a kids meal. I went back to the counter and told them it was supposed to be a baja bowl. They then brought me a Baja bowl with two different types of onions. I was then told they couldn't remake my bowl (to correct their mistakes) because it was already the second time. They then took my bowl behind the counter and scraped the top layer of onions off and gave it back to me. I left instead of asking them to fix it again because I didn't want spit in my food....went to...

Ordered 3 entrees for Take Out. One of them was a Tostada, no meat, no sour cream. When we got home my daughter discovered that there were no beans, so it was basically a salad for $5.49. When I called the location, and explained what happened, the first person hung up on me. I called back and asked for the manager, who told me "what do you want me to do?" I said reimbursing the price of that entree seemed appropriate. She took my name and said she would pass it on to the manager. Needless to say I do not have a positive feeling about returning to this location to even request a refund. I took the time to complete a corporate feedback form, providing the above details and expressing my displeasure, No surprise, I have not received any communication from them, That's does it for this chain, Ill take my chances...

Ordered online. Steak burrito was cold, the cheese inside wasn’t melted. Quesadilla had chicken instead of Shrimp and I added a note for no sour cream (saw on receipt too) it had sour cream. Asked for apple slices on kids burritos and got beans instead. One kids burrito was supposed to have chicken and they even charge extra for that, but It didn’t. One of the cashiers ran outside to give me my churros cause they didn’t put them in my bag. Called Baja Fresh to let them know and it seemed like they were annoyed, Also the guy in charge kept insisting he put apple slices on all the kids order. Super annoyed because I used to go there all the time. Never going back, they’re customer service...
