After looking up on Google and double checking on your website for hours of operation I want to get food from your Carl's jr, located at 575 se 10th Avenue hillsboro Oregon 97123, and after seeing me pull up at 9:45 Immediately shut off the drive lights and started playing the automated recording stating they are no longer open. The hours posted on the door state that they are open untill 11PM as well as your website. When I called the restaurant i was rudely greeted and after her stating that they were closed, and the supposed hours posted on their doors was that they close10 pm, she hung up the phone while i was still trying to speak with her. After being treated so poorly I still continued to called the Carl's jr location located at 6653 se TV hwy hillsboro Oregon 97123 and after 3 calls and repeatedly getting hung up on when I asked about their hours I'm here. This is not what your customers should be treated like I've never been treated this way by any Carl's Jr in the past and I doubt I'll ever be going back to any Carl's jr/hardy's locations if this is the customer service I will...

Both the drive thru and inside cashiers are great! I’ve been a happy and consistent Carl’s fan for 20 years. UNFORTUNATELY with the new News of Carl’s Jr. CEO joining forces with Trump to help support splitting up families, kids in cages some of, anti LGBT & anti Women’s rights, racist comments and activities.. I just can’t get myself to spend money at any Carl’s Jr. knowing a portion of the sales goes to Trump. So with a heavy heart I have said good bye to Carl’s, it was fun while it lasted, the probably 3,000 burgers I’ve ordered over 20 years were all great! They got my spouses burger wrong, the second time it was wrong, third time it was missing items and the fourth time... the two girls looked like high school kids, they weren't paying attention and the music was way too loud. Suggestion, maybe turned down the music so that you can hear the customers request the first time?
