Jamba — Restaurant in Hillsboro

I'm rating 5 stars because I love Jamba Juice. I don't ever do ratings this is probably my first one. But I really despise when things aren't done how you ask and when I feel like someone rushes with what you paid for. It's 8/18/17 and I just left Jamba at 10:38am. I ordered a chunky strawberry with no fresh strawberries on top only what's inside of the mix and extra banana and granola. As I watch the girl making my bowl I see that she's rushing. She completely missed putting the strawberries inside of the mix itself but I said whatever it's fine anyone can be confused by that. She then moves over to the granola where she puts four scoops of granola and proceeds to hand me the bowl. I politely ask her for the banana to be put in that she's forgetting. And then she puts half sliced in there. So I try not to give anyone a hard time but I did ask for extra banana so I just asked her for another half which I would just eat myself and she doesn't have to worry about slicing it up. She gets me the half and I leave. As I'm eating the bowl I am sorry but I was disappointed because the strawberry in the mix gives it a gritty texture. It tasted like I was only eating yogurt and granola. And for 8 dollars I definitely could have went somewhere else for that. This visit won't be my last. But all I ask is that they take their time when preparing someone's order. It's unfortunate I did not eat my bowl because I wasn't satisfied. But I will never come back and have someone make another item for me. It's supposed to be right the first time. That's not much to ask....

Belong to the Rewards program I did drink several smoothies a week and I thought I would try the new location that’s close to my house yesterday Thursday. I ordered my regular aloha pineapple. The person at the counter didn’t realize that it was Thursday and on Thursdays you get a Large for the price of a medium. I Scan my rewards to my surprise when I went to pay, it was much higher than I paid in the last six months or so and that’s at all the location in Washington county. I usually pay for a regular aloha pineapple smoothie medium $7.49 However, when I got done putting my credit card in, I didn’t really pay attention because that’s what I usually pay. There’s are in the $8 range.,.. The girl at the counter said she would make The manager aware or owner I can’t remember what she said and she was right next-door. Well she went next-door but she wasn’t there. She said somebody would be over to help me resolve the issue because I still got charged. I believe $8.09 … I waited a few minutes. Nobody came over from next-door to speak with me or to resolve the issue so I left I’m working. I don’t have all day to wait for somebody to come and fix the problem. The only problem with the girl at the counter said to me was we’re individual location.??? So our prices are different… All franchisees if I go to, as far as Jamba Juice all have the same prices except you so guess what I won’t be visiting your location anymore even though you’re very close to my house. I love jamba juices apples and greens so much with all my heart a beautiful smoothie with a fresh refreshing taste. 10/10

There sweet belgium waffles are also very good i ores two of them one for me one for a friend but they only gave us one. We went back and we're very understanding and gave us our other waffle. 10/10

I did of couse get their gotcha matcha. It was one of the more bad matchas. I was excited because on the description of the drink it says it has a coconut type of cold foam but they forgot it on my drink. Very disappointing. The color was verrry off, a murky swapy color of green. The taste itself was disappointing very very sweet but an artificial sweet taste overwhelming. No matcha taste at all only this sweet flavor. I suspect they use low quality matcha instead of a high quality ceremonial grade- thus explaining the lack of bright...
