If I could give Williams Flower & Gift six stars, I would. These people donât just sell flowersâthey wage a full-scale, beautifully fragrant war against sadness, gloom, and bad gift-giving. I walked in needing a simple bouquet⌠I walked out with something that looked like it was arranged by Michelangelo after he discovered roses.
The staff doesnât just âhelpâ youâoh no, they become your personal floral therapists. They ask questions like, âWhat kind of vibe are you going for?â and âAre you trying to say âI love youâ or âIâm sorry I ate the last piece of cheesecake?ââ Next thing you know, youâre holding the exact arrangement you didnât know you needed. Itâs like they can read minds, but with daisies.
Delivery? Lightning fast. Iâm convinced they have a team of flower ninjas on motorcycles, each with a perfectly chilled vase strapped to their backs. My order arrived looking like it had just been plucked from the Garden of Edenâseriously, the flowers were so fresh I was half expecting a bee to show up asking for rent money.
And the presentation? Forget about it. The ribbon was tied so flawlessly I considered proposing marriage to whoever tied it. I almost felt guilty giving the flowers away because they looked like museum art.
Williams Flower & Gift doesnât just âgo above and beyondââthey go to the moon, pick a star, wrap it in cellophane, and somehow fit it in a vase.
Bottom line: If you need flowers, gifts, or just a good laugh at how your jaw will drop when you see their work, this is the place. Other florists? Theyâre playing checkers. Williams is out here playing 3D...
Read moreREAD THIS BEFORE CONSIDERING So I ordered from them on July 22nd, thinking what I ordered was in stock. Then on the day of delivery, July 24th, they inform me that what I ordered wasnât actually in stock. Which wasnât visible on the website. So, they told me theyâre out of stock and that they could send another bouquet instead, and I said sure thatâs fine. They send me a picture of what they were gonna send, and then end up delivering the WRONG bouquet to the destination! And also, the note was not at ALL what I said. I call to ask for a refund, and they said they could only give me partial or the person I sent it to has to put the flowers outside for them, Williams Flower Shop, to pick up for a full refund! Mind you, the person I sent the flowers to just got out of surgery!!! So I just asked for the partial refund, so I somewhat ended up paying for THEIR MISTAKE!! Iâll attach photos and receipts below! Also, they only gave me $30 back! Photos: 1.) Receipt with note I wrote 2.) Message regarding out of stock 3.) Flowers THEY sent me a picture of that they were SUPPOSE to send 4.) The note that they sent 5.) Flowers they sent instead, and REFUSED to give me a full refund.
I understand it was a mistake, but from YOUR company. So then I shouldnât have to still pay for the mistake YOUR company...
Read moreI would highly recommend this florist to anyone who wants to be sure they receive exactly what they ordered, and that the arrangement will be outstanding!
When I contacted the florist, I explained that I had very specific requirements for the bouquet I wanted. Michelle, who helped me, was exceptional. She was friendly, understanding, listened carefully to what I wanted and made helpful suggestions. She checked with their arrangers to be sure they could do what I needed.
I told Michelle the recipient has some physical disabilities and the bouquet needed to take those into account: (1) flower colors needed to be bright because she has limited vision; (2) fragrance was a priority and was very important to the recipient; (3) the vase needed to be sturdy so it would not tip over easily; and (4) there could not be anything sharp that might poke her.
I got a picture of the arrangement, and it was perfect! All the criteria had been met. I was absolutely delighted and the recipient was thrilled with the thoughtful and...
