I am still in amazement of how beautiful our leather sofa looks now, thanks to the magic and talent of Leather Pros! Our poor leather sectional (circa 1996) always got full west sun on the back side, no matter how quick I was with the blinds, and while I knew the black dye had faded to gray, when the Leather Pros employees took my sofa outside to their van, parts of the back were almost WHITE! Then you add in a few cats, one with arthritis, so she could not jump up on the seats without using some "traction", and the other furballs who thought the couch was a great place to run, jump, sleep, and launch from, add some heat from the wood fireplace insert the sofa sits in front of, and finally, 28 years of me and the hubster sitting in "our" spots as we watched movies and enjoyed said fire, no wonder my poor sofa was a mess! But, being a quality sofa, I knew she was worth investing in, so I called Leather Pros for help, and Jeff came to my rescue! For less than half the price of a new sofa of this quality, my sofa was cleaned, buffed, stuffed, dyed, and reborn. I was resistant about getting the cushions restuffed, as Jeff suggested, but I fully admit he was right and I'm so glad we did it! It's a little strange to be sitting this high up now, but after so many years of sitting on squished cushions, our bums and backs are happy to have some support again! The only "downside" to our beautiful "new" sofa, is that we're afraid to use it! It's so perfect now, we don't want to mess it up again. We've been using a quilt to protect where we sit, and I even joked about getting slipcovers made for it. Silly, right? Might as well go for the plastic! We're not hosting our usual family Christmas party this year, and I'm glad. Between our renewed sofa and our new wood floors and wool rug, I'd just spend the night protecting my now pretty living room, diving to catch food or drink about to fall. The relatives can sit on my pretty sofa next...
Read moreThe crew called on the day of the appointment to move their arrival time out a couple of hours. I appreciated the heads up.
The person I spoke with when setting up the appointment indicated they would match the grain of the area repaired, but the area repaired has little to no grain to it. The woman I spoke with even asked who made the sofa so they would be able to match the grain. The material also filled in stitching because the hole was adjacent to stitches and the only way to repair was to fill in some of the stitches. I was advised of this before the repair started so no surprise there. My biggest disappointment is that the repair created a divot where there wasn't damage and it is now completely smooth. I pointed out the roughened area on the one repair and a second layer was applied. ( third photo and 4th photo) I asked the technicians if they warrant their work against cracking or peeling, but was told they do not. The fill material is completely smooth not grain matched as described, but the color is matched on both pieces. I have had a hole repaired in a center console in a car and the grain was embedded in the repair but this was done by another company so my expectations were that the repair would be in a like manner. Its good not great, cheaper than a new sectional piece and Natuzzi sofa. Thats why...
Read moreGreat people. Great service. Great results. The only place we will go to for future upholstery work.
We had two chairs that we loved. But the frames were breaking down and the leather was worn out.
We originally ordered and received new chairs from a furniture company only to be disappointed. We returned the chairs and chose to call Leather Pros.
What a great decision that was!
They are wonderful people. Customer focused and do extraordinary work!
Not only did they have a great selection of leathers, they provided exceptional repair options.
They did not hard sell us but allowed us to decide but helped us be informed of what we should think about. And even informed us that they may not be able to do the work if the chair frames were to far gone.
They did the repairs with new leather but the bonus was they had to rebuild the chair frames and mechanisms. But...they did not charge us an arm and a leg for that part of the service.
Frankly, their quality work made our chairs look and work better than new and for a lower cost.
We love our chairs even more than we did before!
THANK YOU...
