Lady at counter seemed nice and I appreciate that they are LGBTQ friendly . Unfortunately upon entering I was expecting a good coffee smell but instead it smelled like a wet dog. Then I saw that in the back a dog scratching itself with a cone on its head. I like dogs but don’t think they mix with a clean kitchen. It looked like it may have had some health issues based on the cone it was wearing but it shouldn’t be in a place that provides food or beverage for human consumption. Keri sells a coffee called "Hot Mess Mama" which is somewhere between a light and medium roast single origin coffee from Honduras. It is complex, fragrant, and delicious -- easily a top 3 specialty single origin coffee in the area.

We've pretty much been regulars ever since the first time. Not only is there coffee low acidity and heavy in body and flavor, (which is my preference) but the customer service is absolutely outstanding.
