I use drive through in the morning, and the people are always friendly and cheerful, even at 6am. I order a simple standard Venti Mocha, which is supposed to come with whipped cream. I don't know what has happened over the last several months, but it's rare that I get anything resembling the Mochas of the past with nice generous amounts of whipped cream. This morning, it honestly looked like a no-foam latte. I get the drink, I pull into a parking spot, and remove the lid to grab some whipped cream, and it has either all melted in 20 seconds, or they just don't put any on. If this was once in a while, it would be fine. I've even tried to order the drink by saying "with whip" - just to see if it made any difference. It's funny because they pile it into the dome cups if you order an iced one.
Update: A day after I wrote the review, the "owner" replies with their standard blanket statement. I guess the cut-copy-paste standard reponse is good for most of their complaints. This implies that they are not going to do anything about it, and that every single day this happens, I should turn around and go back into the store and ask them to remake the drink. Read moreMy wife and I stop by every morning on the way to work and the staff are always super friendly.....however the drinks are less then "okay." We always order large hot chai tea lattes with/oat milk, no water and 12 pumps of chai and they are ALWAYS super week. Much much weeker then if I order the same drink at another Starbucks. i obviously order my drink like I do, with extra chai, because the chai flavor is important to me, but this is almost like they put less in it and water it down..Once i decided to skip the drive though and went inside and as they poured the oat milk in my drink it looked like they mixed water in with the oat milk becuae it was nearly opaque. It even tasted like water and the consistency is thinner. According to the barista near my house in Beaverton (they makes great drinks) they probably do water their drinks down. Apparently that is a thing some managers do to cut costs. At $12 a day, 5x a week, x 4 weeks, thats $240 a month on waterered down drinks thar6 taste awful.

Every time they usually forget to give me my discount which doesn't bother me a whole lot but they forget to put it towards my order when I ask. But just the other day, another bad experience, I order an iced green tea latte with soy. As a barista I know if the soy is not shaken up, it leaves chunks of soy at the bottom of the cup and tastes watery. When I asked them to correct it, they were hesitant of remaking it and we're laughing about my request. They argued the soy curdles but when they remade it, i didn't even see them shake the new openers soy very hard. The fact as a partner that I made this review is because this is not the first time they are rude towards me and I never ask them to remake my drink.
