This is a comment about the chain, not necessarily this specific store.
Please take down your misleading signs that say: "Now Serving Breakfast." I stopped in to get a breakfast, waited in a long drive-through line, only be told they stopped service breakfast at (insert time here, I think it's 11 am or something).
Me: "But your sign says 'Now Serving Breakfast.'" Employee: "I think that means we recently started serving breakfast now." Me: "But it's now right now, may I have a breakfast?"
No response. No sense of humor. Complete silence. Didn't acknowledge or respond to me on the speaker once after that. I drove on through.
HINT: Now Serving Breakfast means you're now serving breakfast. The sign should say: "Now Serving Breakfast until 11 a.m." That way when someone drives by in the "now" and sees the sign they'll know that you're not really serving breakfast if it's after that time. Saves everyone time instead of being bait/switched. Or, if you don't want to make new signs just have an employee take them down every day when you stop serving breakfast.

Read moreWendy's is delicious don't get me wrong. But recently. No matter how I order(door dash or drive thru) my order comes wrong or missing items. Always. Last time me, my coworker and my fiance went through the drive thru and they didn't give us any fries or even straws. We've ordered off of door dash and they didn't give us our frostys, or cookies, or fries. Multiple times. And no refund was ever issued. Even though we requested it. (Around 5 times) once we even ordered a little before closing, they took out money and a door dasher didn't arrive in time, so they kept our cash and didn't give the dasher any food. (They were 1 minute later to the window) which I understand I work at Arby's. But keeping the cash and not issuing a refund any of the times is ridiculous. I love they're food to much not to order from here but it's appalling how much they get there...
Read moreI wish I had had the forethought to take pictures of this event. Normally, I stay clear of this place and my last trip here was ample reminder of why. Granted, it was a huge day with lots of families coming in for the Free ice cream promo, but I find serious fault with management at not being better prepared for the onslaught that occurred.
The poor staff were annihilated by what I can only describe as a cascading effect as it took multiple employees to prepare and serve the multitude of cones that they were giving out for Free, which left the back of house Staff short on their usual support in running the rest of the restaurant. This, of course, meant that plenty of tables were left dirty for long periods of time and the men's bathroom I wouldn't allow myself to use. Sorry guys, I feel your pain but I cannot excuse sanitation errors when food...
