The only complaint i have is about pricing. Their pricing for same breakfast items is considerably more(Almost 50%) higher than other dunkin donut in town (lowes/Khols plaza) and many other DD's in neighboring towns. When asked why your pricing is SO HIGH ? i was told by the cashier that owner knows about it and each store sets their own pricing. I run a business myself and completely understand each sore can have different pricing but at the same time pricing needs to have some kind of rationale you simply CANNOT have almost 50% higher prices for same breakfast item than your neighboring store. What more are they offering to justify such high prices ? nothing! Its complete non-sense and taking advantage of the people who are either not paying attention to price differential or find it far to drive to any other DD. I live closer to this location and order coffee today and yesterday, both times it was mediocre at best. Yesterday it tasted as tho they were skimping on the flavor syrup, it tastes NOTHING like my go-to order that I’ve gotten many times at Dunkin’s all across the state. Not sure if they are trying to save a few bucks but you’re losing a customer because of it. Today I decide to stop again a figured yesterday was a fluke. Last week (I go once each Sunday), the manager, D., offered no apology, and when I said I would complain to corporate he asked me not to do so. So, I gave it another shot. AND, the same thing happened today.
I will be calling Dunkin corporate to complain about the lackadaisical way in which this location is run, and I would encourage others in the neighborhood to avoid this location and seek another. I do not know who owns this location, but I would avoid any that is owned by this...
