McDonald's — Restaurant in Hillsborough Township

One star is more that this place deserves. I arrived to the establishment close to closing, and go through the drive thru. I was helped by an Indian man who didn't seem bad at first, but by the end I was not a fan of him. After ordering my food, I paid, and waited a good amount of time, but that didn't matter too much, as I wasn't in a rush. What did matter is that I could smell the guy at the drive thru through the window, and he smelled awful. I then received my food, and after a quick inspection of my bag, they had left out a second large fry. I told the guy at the window this was wrong, and he informed me he only charged me for one, despite the fact i 100% asked for 2. I asked if I could pay for a second one at the window, and he rudely told me they were closed and I couldn't get a second one again despite the fact he made a mistake not me. This is also very annoying as I like any other logical person knows damn well that Mcdonald throws tons of food out at the end of of the night, so its not unlikely they had extra fries they could've given me but decided not to. I then drove away, and ate my food, which was kind of warm at best, which wouldn't be a big deal if I hadn't waited so long, what was I waiting for if the food wasn't cooking. I will not be returning to this subpar piss-poor excuse for a McDonalds, the associates are rude, unhelpful, and smell like they haven't showered since...

I really like the guy who takes my money during my morning drive-thru’s everyday. I typically get the two sausage burritos or steak bagel. He always has a big smile on his face! 😊 Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the young, petite, hispanic girl who hands me my food. Hate to describe her that way, but you know what? She didn’t have a name tag, and I want her acknowledged on here. 🤷🏻‍♀️ She doesn’t greet and just hands me my order. I’ve been to this location almost every morning anfter work, and I greet her with a pretty loud, “Thank you have a nice day!” No response from this girl, ever. She’s a total mute. 😂 This morning’s drive-thru was horrendous. They had a total of 7 cars at this time. They opened up two lanes for breakfast, and they messed up four orders for four different cars. 😅 That’s really bad for business to say the least… I spoke to the shift manager when I walked in. She shrugged her shoulder and said she can’t do that and...

Store never opens on time I take my break at 5 drive there and am left blowing the horn for over 5 minutes drive to window and they say oh our headset isn't working didn't know you were there you always have to wait 10 minutes plus for your food which is not convenient for us on our breaks. Now this time I'm blowing my horn knocking on the window just for this worker to tell mee OH WE open a 5:30... I told her not true and she said since covid then tell me that after 5:30 there isn't any food done...im never coming here ever again...this branch is full of poor excuses and poor service I'm just disappointed in this one McDonald's...
