I stopped by Pages because it looked like a smaller, family-owned restaurant—something I usually gravitate toward over the larger chain breakfast spots. I tend to enjoy the more personal, welcoming service you often get at these kinds of places, but that wasn’t quite the experience here. The service was efficient and got the job done, but it didn’t feel especially warm or friendly. That said, the atmosphere was comfortable, especially for dining alone. They had small booths and a breakfast bar that made it feel a bit more relaxed and accommodating. I tried one of their donuts and ordered the skirt steak skillet for breakfast. Both were good! A little pricey but I understand that’s normal for the Chicago area.

Delicious food, quick and friendly service! Found this place on my way through town and I was very pleased and hope to stop by again soon! I was seated alone and they have counter seating or two-person booths which made it a very cozy experience for eating alone. Made a point to try their apple cider donut and I almost bought more to take home and share. Melted in my mouth and so flavorful! I'm looking forward to trying more from there menu next time. Also loved the photos, decorations, and signs!

Its been 20 years since I've been here. The restaurant still boasts its great food and ambiance. The new owners have kept the small, quaint family restaurant but lacks service. It was great to see our favorite waitress still there. The prices just like anything else have gone up, but no matter what- we still find a way to eat. Check this place out. Great views of pictures, the train station and the quotes that fill these walls.

Went back to Page’s after a long hiatus! Used to live in Hinsdale and took my family often to eat there under the old ownership! It was good then and had a loyal following but oh boy it is even better now! This small family restaurant has been in Hinsdale for about 50 years! Seven years ago a daughter/ mother team(Sissy and her mom Kathy) bought Page’s and have maintained that homey atmosphere! Strangers at the counter talk with each other! The walls are covered with customers’ photos! What could be better! The food is DELICIOUS…..I ordered a fluffy vegetable omelette with raisin bread and potato fritters! You have to ask for the fluffy omelette as it is prepared with steam to make it light and airy! Only on weekends do they have the famous apple cider donuts! Everything is homemade from fresh ingredients! I give Page’s friendly family owned restaurant...

If you need American food in appropriate amounts, this is it in this area. There are no low-cholesterol blueberry scones, the fiber is incidental, and the bacon is cooked like bacon.

Whether you're into an open face turkey sandwich for lunch, an omlette, or a BLT, you've found the right place. The food shows up hot, cooked immediately before you eat it, and presented without pretension.

The decor is vintage diner without the "faux-Nighthawks" look that so many places have adopted. The place is real, and...
