Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Hiram

Today 5/25/23 - 11:23 My co-worker and I came to this store. Their system was not working. I gave my order after 15mins of waiting. The meat was cut and place on sandwiches. I thought one of mine was part of that batch that meat was being cut for. No....They were pick up orders. Meanwhile, The line is stacking up behind me and my co-worker. My co-worker ordered a hot sub. Which was done faster than cold. But anyways, He was waiting on his sandwich be called so he can pay. Nope the family in front of us was given the hot sub. No employees got involved to fixed the sandwich. So he ordered another hot sub which had to be started over. The manager black lady started giving me attitude. I told her that she needs to check herself because I don't deserve this treatment. Even though now half my lunch hour is almost over. My co-worker said he is not paying for the hot sub that was given to the family. Can you imagine? Having to pay for a sub that the cashier just gave away willingly. Believed to be the manager. This black lady was becoming so rude. As I was getting my sandwich. The cashier tried to charge me for the sandwich that was given away to the family ahead of us. I had my breaking point dealing with this lady that was clearly upset with her young employees and she takes it out on us. No. I drop my sandwich back on the counter. Told the cashier I have had enough. I left with my co-worker and we looked at the time and it was 3mins to 12noon. For a sandwich shop that i love so much. Just gave a real bad taste in my mouth. My coworker and I went across the highway to Chick-fil-A. At least we were not given an attitude and we were in and out in 10mins! And they had a line of cars. Imagine that.

Jersey Mike's Subs- I will no longer be coming to this location due to hateful and slow moving staff. Sooooooo Disappointed. Horrible service Horrible customer service Slow staff that clearly doesn't care. They need to be reminded that they are working in the service...

I was really let down and felt incredibly unappreciated by the team. When I walked in I asked the taller African American gentlemen how he was kindly he said good and he walked away. Didn’t even come to take my order. So I just stood there for a few minutes waiting to give my order to somebody. Then a kinky haired female came from the back and didn’t even acknowledge me as the only customer in the restaurant. I asked how she was but she kept to her own agenda. The gentleman reappeared while I was still waiting and walked to the drink machine, between the counter and me. He then drinks his drink for a moment. The female starts cooking a cheese steak. Neither of whom felt like taking my order. I asked the gentleman if he’d be so kind to take my order. His response...one second. He makes me wait longer while he drinks he drink and took his time looking for gloves. Then finally comes walking up and asked what I wanted with a blank stare. He puts the meat and cheese on the bread and disappeared, leaving it in the middle of the counter. 3-4 minutes later, some female with twist outs comes from the back and says...having a drink. I say yes mam. I told her I was having a sandwich as well. It was right there. She says oh...mikes away? I say yes mam. She puts the mikes way on the sandwich, rolls it up and is gone. The kinky hair girl comes up, and says you can swipe your card now and disappeared. All of this in 15 minutes. It took 15 minutes and a complete lack of attentiveness and professionalism, along with three people to make one little sandwich. Sorry I didn’t tip but I didn’t feel like anybody really did anything to deserve it. Just the...

I had to leave a review this time I came in tonight around 7:04 to get a sandwich made although I was greeted upon walking in I didn’t walk out with my order until 7:36 there was a young man on making sandwiches along with another gentleman not sure who was in charge. I know the one taller kid was new he was polite but it took a very long time. What really got me was a woman walked in with a child after me and other guest had been waiting well over 30 mins for our food not only did she cut in line in front of other pick up orders and got her sandwich moved to the front of line after others were waiting even one being told he was next I think the man’s working name was Kris he told the same lady who had just came in with NO WAIT if you can go give me a review I will zero out your order… like what this lady just came in and you said this to her after we have all been patiently waiting and the poor young guy dressing sandwiches got no assistance even though he needed help… the next part was woman pulled out her phone and said well my phone died and he said oh it’s okay I got you and went over to register and zeroed out her order STILL…… are you serious????? And let her cut in line and she hadn’t been in building maybe 4 mins max upon him wanting this review …. So unprofessional also is this even allowed??? Also rude to other parties who had been waiting including and elderly couple who could barely walk….. I might have his name wrong but he was slicing meat on 4/3 pm dinner I just know when you’re team members are behind you should help them out not give out free food and let others...
