Manager on phone joking about having Covid didn't want to eat anything after watching her handling the food without hair net. Left disgusted. I also witnessed on more than one occasion another Manager named Angela literally curse out an employee. That kind of unprofessionalism should NEVER be allowed in any workplace. There are laws for mistreatment, discrimination, retaliation and workplace violence and abuse. As a customer I was mortified that the Owner who I am sure is aware of all this allows such a person to run his store but I guess as long as the place is turning a buck it does not matter how people inside the workplace or customers are treated. Many of the staff are rude and sadly all have management positions. That place used to be a nice place to go eat but when you allow Toxic people to create a Toxic environment it poisons the atmosphere. Also I'm not eating anywhere they allow employees with Covid and no Hair net to handle my food. None of my work events will be catered by Jimmy Johns this year. Don't want any of my staff getting sick behind negligence or ignorance. No need to talk to the owners they obviously...

I come in here about once a month. I usually eat the bootlegger or the beach club. The bootlegger is roast beef and Turkey with lettuces tomatoes, provolone, etc, or any way you like it. The beach club is Turkey and provolone with avocado and anything else you want to add. You can order regular or "gigantic".

The food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff here is always welcoming and friendly, never seen the staff have a bad day.

Only complaint is prices are a little high and you can't see when your sandwich is made so you dont know what ingredients are available or how much of each ingredient is being added. I like to watch my sandwich being prepared so I can increase or decrease lettuce or other ingredients.

5 star for service, 4 star for prices and not being able to watch the prep process of the sandwiches being made.

Very stable and good service...

My sandwich set on counter. I asked for a bag was told reach over and get one. I was the only person in store. He wasn't doing anything. Wow! It wasn't just that I thought he was rude and lazy he was. When a customer ask for a bag the sandwich should be picked up and placed in a bag then handed to the customer. THAT IS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I or any of my servers talked in the tone or reacted the way he did we would no longer be employed. Not that i expect that i don't. Only that he is expected and all employees are told they are there to do their job and if they dont like it leave there are plenty of people who can do the job and do it well. I serve my customer's with a smile and attitude no matter how bad I feel or how badly I might have been treated by another customer I try to keep a smile on my face and in the way that I treat others it's only everybody...
