Marble Slab Creamery — Restaurant in Hiram

I’ve given this place three chances and the last two they blew it. All staff playing on phones discussing TikTok as soon as customers come in. The service is so so slow. The person who made my ice cream acted like they’ve never scooped any before. My cone was dipped in chocolate and given to me hot. It melted all over my hand and then melted the ice cream. I asked for strawberries as an add in. Was rudely told we don’t have those. I questioned the strawberry cheese cake ice cream (photo for reference) and was again told… we don’t have strawberries. Mostly you can just tell the employees don’t want to be there and see customers as an interruption to their day. I used to wonder why everyone in this town flocked to Coldstone but I get it now. Friendlier staff and more variety....

So this business add on Google is wrong. It says they open at 11 but they don't actually open until noon. The cake I had bought tasted like it had been in the freezer for a month. It had freezer burn which tasted nasty. The owner/managers obviously do not care as the food is not monitored for length of time it's been sitting in the store and the people working here can not even make a decent cookie from pre-made cookie dough as it tasted somewhat raw still. Do yourself a favor and go to Dairy Queen...

This was my first time here and I must say the three young ladies Kylie, Kiyra, and Aayanna were very welcoming and displayed immaculate customer service. I also got cookies along with my ice cream...Money well spent and I will most definitely patronize both again. Great job ladies keep up the...
