Wad handed the wrong order. I went to a different store, took the food inside my house, and took everything out of the bag to notice it was not my order. I called the store and told them, they said to bring the wrong order back. I did and drove 15 minutes back to that location. I was told on the phone to just tell them and drive up. I did get to the window and told her I received the wrong order. She asked me what I got, I told her, she asked what I ordered, I told her. She then told me to give back the wrong order bag. I asked her if she really was taking it back inside the store, she looked at me and said she was throwing it away. I said you're not suppose to do that amd she said says who? The health department maybe.. They claimed to throw it away and the person who took the bag would then wash their hands...but she turned around grabbed my new bag and handed it straight to me. I have several animals with a lot of dandruff floating around my house. The bag they took from me and "threw away" was contamination they just put inside their building around other people's food.. The first thing I was told when working corporate for HEALTH code reasons was to never take anything back in the drive-thru window. Even if it's to throw away you just contaminated the inside of your building for a mistake you made in the first place. If you don't mess up orders then people don't get "free good" as they look at it. I didn't ask for the messed up order, it's what I got though and I drove back to get the correct one. Didn't even get compassion for having to drive back to fix their mistake. And when I called to tell the manager it was gross to take food back in the window she couldn't even hear me, it was a bunch of commotion in the background. She didn't try to go to a quieter place to hear me, pretty sure she didn't hear 75% of the conversation so I'm leaving a review. It is a health violation to take things back in the window. Read moreOn the evening of Friday, December 22, 2023, I ordered two large drinks, "with no ice", through the McDonald's App, however, when the drinks were brought to me, I noticed the cups appeared smaller than the usual Large with no ice, which is what I totally paid for through the McDonald's App pertaining to the Two Paid Large's. I asked the Employee who brought my Food to the Number they told me to pull into, what size was my Drink, while showing him my cup of drink with no ice. The Employee stated the cup was a Medium, and they give a Medium cup, instead of a Large, when there's a Drink that requests "no ice", (although I clearly paid for two Large's with no ice through the McDonald's App's Digital Receipt, and Hardcopy Receipt also taped to my bag)... I don't know if this is this Particular Location's Policy or what, because earlier on the date noted, I have never experienced such a flabbergasting pick-up before, regarding, paying for more, but receiving less than paid for, because of "no ice." Through the McDonald's App, the App doesn't re-adjust a Paid for Large charge, but yet, I actually received two Mediums with no ice, and was told they couldn't give the two Large Drinks, because the Receipt read, "no ice." Read moreEvery time I have visited this location I have had an issue. Most recently I came through the drive-thru and ordered a quarter pounder with extra pickle and extra onion. Just that one sandwich that's it.. when I got to the second window after already having paid my money.. I was told to go to the drive-thru wait area which I found odd because I had such a small order. The girl at the 2nd window seemed completely confused and even asked several times what I'd ordered before saying "imma have you go to wait spot 1" So I go there.. 5 mins 10 mins 15 mins pass and nothing. I finally got out and went inside where I had to again wait in line to explain the situation. Once I did get to speak to someone I was told they were making it for me now. Unbelievable. When I finally got my burger it was sloppply throw together. Cheese half hanging off and simi cold. Took 2 bites and had to chuck it.
