Gregorys Coffee — Restaurant in Hoboken

It is not a good experience! I ordered Salted Caramel almost every time I went to this store. It is my favorite coffee at least in the last 24 months. This morning, I ordered one as usual, and when I tasted it, I find it a bit sour, which you will tell it is not fresh. And I did notice there is floating particles in the coffee if you see it in the picture above. I tried to tell myself it is just the flavor and then I realized it is just not fresh the oat milk maybe turns bad. So I went back and ask for a new cup. The service is food the staff immediately got me a new cup. However this time the coffee still tastes not good it seems just liquid not coffee. I order the salted caramel for really long time and I know it is premade so I have doubt why it happens. Maybe the food is not kept well or it is just the milk turns bad. But in any ways, it should be the reason I receive the not good coffee. I believe I will not order from Gregory’s anymore. I would highly recommend Gregory’s Coffee to anyone, they have great cold brew (my personal favorite is the hall and oats) also a great wide variety of food that compliments their wide drink selection! Also for all the vegan lovers, they have a wide vegan selection too! On top of their great menu the customer service is great complimenting the fun, calm, relaxing vibe from the Hoboken location. Personally my favorite location out of all the other Jersey locations by far between the atmosphere and employees. If you go their often they remember you by name and your order by heart but you’ll be known as a “Gregular”. The best barista by far is Harry he is super friendly, nice, funny, and best of all quick with orders, he has made a big impact for my experience at Gregory’s and my favorite barista i’ve ever encountered. Probably the worst "cold brew" I have ever had. I put cold brew in quotations because this definitely isn't cold brew. First off I ordered a nitro cold brew and was given a regular cold brew (they claimed it was a nitro but it was clearly lacking any of the qualities for a nitro cold brew). It was incredibly sour and stale so I asked for a regular cold brew and was given the exact same drink... Super sour (not bitter but actually sour) and stale, oily as you'd expect from an Italian blend. This is definitely not actual cold brew but rather iced Italian coffee that has sat for god knows how long. If all the coffee shops in town were closed except for this one I would rather use a Keurig.....I threw it out immediately and went...
