Little Mingo — Restaurant in Hoboken

We came here for a quick brunch, and it was wonderful. We had the smoked salmon crepe and the turkey crepe. Both were delicious and were nicely stuffed with the ingredients that were listed; despite being in light and fluffy crepes, they were hearty meals on their own. We capped it with their freshly brewed espresso drinks - I have to admit that I was surprised by how great the coffee drinks were! Coming here for coffee alone is worth it. They have a cute little seating area in the back also. We had their s’mores waffle dish a few weeks prior, and it was deliciously indulgent. Been excited to see this spot open. Waffles and crepes - I ordered a simple waffle with powdered sugar as a test and it was solid. They have a ton of other toppings - I took some photos of the menus. This was their first day as a heads up

This place is FANTASTIC! I rarely rate restaurants anymore but this one I definitely made sure to. Savory crepe (got the forest mingo crepe) was incredible and my husbands sweet waffle was to die for. What a hidden gem!
