The Cookie Connect — Restaurant in Hoboken

Drove all the way to Hoboken for cookies to get greeted by nothing except an Ipad. Counters in front were a mess and the girls in the back were talking the entire time. One girl in the back also non stop cursing. I had a question and I think I stood there and said excuse me several times before the girl finally looked up and answered me from the back. They were too busy talking and throwing away cookies. Cookies were crumbly and didn't taste fresh at all. Super expensive and was sad to spend the money. We tried the new 7 Layer Magic Cookie, Stuffed Nutella, The New Classic, and Cookies N Cream. The cookies and cream one was good but too much drizzle on top. The stuffed Nutella was decent, but the 7 layer one was also covered in too much syrup. I would suggest a different store front, maybe display some fake cookies to make the experience more enjoyable; and even though you have Ipads maybe make it a point to greet your customers. I don’t think I will be coming back but maybe it was just bad...

Just think of the greatest cookie you’ve ever had in your life… warm, fresh, gooey, a smell that just leaves you thinking you’re in heaven. A simple reminder of childhood and how good simple things in life could be. Now multiply that feeling by 10 and that is what you have here with the cookie connect. Truly a life changing experience eating cookies from them. You can just tell they are baked with love and passion. Worth every penny! Drove 40 mins to try these yummy beautiful cookies. Idk how they do it but they taste and look just as good as you might imagine. I was in Heaven eating these warm gooey cookies. My kids enjoyed everything including there cookie milk 👀 which I didn’t even have a chance to take a photo of. Definitely worth the drive.
