After waiting over an hour for a table, our group of 4 was taken to the outside patio in February (it was in the mid or lower 30s outside). We asked the host if we could wait for the next available indoor table. He told us that we specifically requested the patio table and that to get an inside table, we would have to put our name on the list again, which would be another hour or more. To be clear, we never requested the patio table and we were never asked our preference. We were hungry so we just sat, but it was really cold and uncomfortable- even in our winter jackets. There were some heaters, but not enough to make it comfortable in winter. Our group ordered 2 pizzas, and one was gluten-free. When our server delivered the pizzas, she recognized that it wasn't made gluten free. She set down the other pizza on the table and returned about 15 minutes later with the GF pizza. Our party of 4 didn't eat together because our food was delivered 15 minutes apart and we didn't want the first pizza to sit out and get cold. Nevertheless, it got cold quickly anyway because of the circumstances of the freezing cold patio. Lastly, the pizza just wasn't very good. It was very wet, so the toppings slid around, and it felt undercooked overall. The bottom of it has no integrity, the cheese was just barely melted, and it was very white- no browning or even yellowing of the cheese or bread. If it wasn't such an expensive pizza, I wouldn't point it out in the review, but in reality, Dominos probably makes a better pizza and it wouldn't cost $30 for one large pizza. Look at the picture for yourself and determine if you would wait over an hour to pay $30 for it... I won't be doing it again. Overall, we had a poor experience and ate subpar food, so we won't be returning. For reference 4 beers, 2 pizzas, and 1 appetizer was $103 before adding a tip, and one of the pizzas was a small

Explaining the lack of satisfaction for this place is hard because it is so many teeny tiny things, all added up that just made it suck. The staff and servers were truly great! Very nice, quick to ask if you needed anything, refill sodas, etc. Starting with the point of arrival, the parking lot is so poorly lit, you can't see the very faded lines and arrows that definitely need repainted. Probably with glow in the dark paint if that's an option. We went for dinner in December it was insanely busy. People were going the wrong way constantly, crowding up the parking lot making it impossible to navigate the daunting task of finding a parking space in this parking lot that was clearly laid out by a blind person who has never driven. Get in after a short half an hour wait - the place was very busy! And everyone walking out raved about how great it was! Maybe our expectations were too high? - get seated and order drinks. My merlot was cold. So cold the glass had condensation on it. We were inside, not out on the patio. Merlot should be just under room temp. Not refrigerated. We look at the menu, both laugh about the prices quietly to ourselves. It's an out of the way town, getting supplies cost more, we know that. But for $24.xx we got two large pizzas and a two liter at domino's the week before. Here it was $28 for one "large" pizza. The pizza comes and it looks great! We each grabbed a slice and "oooh'd" and "awwh'd" over the cheese pull. It was Instagram worthy! And then when we tried to take a bit the slice just dropped. The whole center of the crust was still raw dough. It was so thin, that it doesn't even make sense. How could the edges of the crust be perfect but the center half be raw? For everything that everyone told us and recommended... we were severely let down. Again, the staff was great, fun, and kind. But all of the other little things were just annoying enough that it was anything but "satisfactory". We won't go back next time we are in broken...

The food and atmosphere were 10/10 for sure, the cheese sticks and the Margarita pizza were stand outs and were phenomenal. Everything was absolutely delicious, the service however, that was honestly atrocious. Our waitress had an attitude from the start and most of us at the table get it, we have all worked food service and realize that people can be horrible and sometimes it takes a toll and so we were trying to be as nice and unproblematic as possible. We watched our waitress joke and goof around at the bar while completely ignoring us entirely and then when she came to deliver our food she just stood behind us, not saying anything or trying to get our attention at all and then when whoever she was behind was alerted to her presence moved and apologized she just glared at them and didn't say anything. This happened three times. When also trying to get refills we had to go to the bar to try and ask and all they said was they'll let her know. Well 15 minutes went by and she finally came back by and then proceeded to act as if it was the biggest inconvenience ever and then only even refilled 2 drinks, not offering anyone else a refill. We ALL had empty drinks and this was the only refill anyone even got and we didn't even get them until after she brought the check. This was by far the worst service we have had when coming to eat here and it honestly tainted it for us. Let me also just say that we went around 1:30 pm and they were not very busy at all, most of the people around us were getting their checks when we arrived and our waitress only looked to have one other small table other than us. All I can say is at least the...
