Another visit to Broken Bow and we stopped in not knowing they have only been open for 4 days. First, it was fast and the people are really great. The owner is a wonderful man. The food to me is more traditional Mexican in flavor than Tex-Mex flavors. For you that could be good or bad. It was good. I got a burrito with steak and my wife got a bowl. Both could have used a bit more meat and her bowl didn’t have much cheese. A lot of lettuce and I found the burrito was made much better with some lime, onions, salsa, and jalapeños. The queso was fine but not my favorite. Again, onions and jalapeños made it much better to me. The price was a bit high to me for what we got, but we are in a tourist area. $52 for lunch for two for what we ordered was about $20 more than I think it should have been. Oh, the guacamole was fantastic though.
Overall, I would go back but I would try other things and pray the prices come down a bit. And if not, just flinch a little when swiping that card. 🤣

Read moreWe eat at papas in broken bow all the time. Stopped here for lunch and you pay and do everything else yourself. Including picking your food up at taking it to the table. We ordered three bowls of food. Hardly any meat in them and didn’t get the right food with our order. Three people was 80$. After eating there I won’t be back to the one in broken bow. Owners disappointed us a lot opening this one up it’s a joke compared to broken bow. I get higher price in food but let’s actually make some food! Taco shack up the road is 10x cheaper and the same customer service! Plus...
