Normally I love ordering coffee and food from this Starbucks. Though today I received my food still frozen and in the plastic wrapping straight from their freezer. I called Starbucks directly to give them a heads up that this is not okay. The employee who took my call was super nice but almost made me feel like I was at fault for not selecting the "warmed" option through the Uber Eats app. I've never had to do that and I always assume my food is going to be cooked when I receive it. It was just really odd to have still frozen egg bites and a sandwich wrapped in plastic as my lunch for the day. I was able to rectify the issue with Uber Eats and I do plan on ordering again from this Starbucks. Maybe they should clarify on the app that by not selecting to have your food items warmed, you're going to get frozen food instead. There is no in between. Lol Edit to add I received frozen egg bites (which seems like a potential food safety risk) and a frozen grilled cheese sandwich on sourdough. I checked my uber eats app and there is no option to select "warmed" for those items. I also don't think anyone should have to specify that they don't want...
Read moreI love this location. Kenzie and Connie and the whole team are amazing. Super friendly and accurate when they make my orders and they call me by name and know my drink and carry friendly conversation even if I ordered in drive thru. I love the notes Kenzie leave for me on my orders. They are the highlight of my days and know how to make my day is the best and would try to stop at this location and say hi to them and get my drink at least 3 times a week. In my personal opinion this team are the best Starbucks location in all USA. I wish that all the places had a great team like this even...
Read moreDisrespectful baristas. I actually used to be a shift supervisor with Starbucks, so when I politely asked about how a drink was made with a full cup of ice I was hoping for a reasonal response and maybe accountability. The barista at front of house used a condescending tone to explain that it was a tall scoop of ice, something I happen to be very familiar with - There are even lines on the cup. I had to explain once again that I was given a FULL cup of ice, with little coffee. She again rudely responded to "ask for light ice next time". Disappointing experiences are sadly increasing at...
