Well when we first started picking up the Extra Most Bestest the last few months it was excellent ! I was never a fan of caesars pizza until I tried the extra most !Until recently the last couple weeks the extra most bestest hasn’t been cut properly. We literally had to rip the pizza apart to get a slice! Unfortunately we weren’t at home, so no pizza cutter ...we expected it to be cut it was barely cut on the outer edge of the pizza the crust had a cut mark but it wasn’t cut through the pie..The quality has gone from excellent to not so good. The first bad Pizza experience was Sunday July 8./2018. The pizza was dry and seemed old the crust was tough..I ate a bite and threw it out. The crazy bread wasn’t good either. It barely had parm on it. It’s quite disappointing. We chose to give them another chance during the hours they have hot-N-ready. July 12/2018 we got one w/ crazy bread it was much better than the pizza on Sunday but still not as fresh& delicious as it had been prior to these most recent issues. Bummer! Must’ve hired a new employee or someone just stopped trying? •••Update •••the photo showing the huge bubble on the inside of the dough was removed. It was raw dough the bubble was a diameter of 4 inches .. (Below pics ) this is a piece I tried to eat 9/21/2018🤨UDATE 12/05/18 My husband went through drive Thru was told “ “We’re out of hot and ready” it was 6:30 pm on a weekday ..they should’ve had the advertised “hot n ready “available until 8 pm. WE ARE DONE WITH THIS LOCATION I WILL BE...
Read moreAny Holland local can tell you, if you want cheap pizza that's not necessarily bad, this is the place to go to. This is by far the best Little Caesars out of the two we have to offer in Holland. I've been both a customer, and a previous employee here so I've experienced both aspects of this store. You're always going to have mixed staff and no regulars as of now due to them only offering part-time positions, with that comes mixed Pizza results. In General the best time to come over is between 3 pm & 5 pm. during the Hot N ready hours because everything's always fresh due to the high demand. But also expect a 15 - 20 minute wait in line if busy. If that is the case they always lock the doors of the main entrance and do drive-thru only. If you choose to dine in the store, just be mindful that the staff tends to neglect the dining room unless it's clear it needs to be picked up, and the bathroom is not always clean. Staff friendliness is always a mixed result, I've had both good and bad experiences. Just be mindful that the staff only gets 15 minute breaks, and they're really overworked and underpaid is an understandment at $10 an hour so not everyone has good enthusiasm with customer...
Read moreWorst service ever. I got there yesterday at 6:30 and they have a cardboard sign taped to the drive thru pole stating they close at 7:30. I get up to the window and the rude worker says "we don't have any pepperoni pizzas" right off the bat. I ask about plain cheese and she says "No, we only have 3 people working here and we're about to close". I tell her about the sign and she glances at the clock and realizes there's still an hour left before they close. I ask "so you're a pizza place, but you don't have any pizzas?" and she just kind of shrugs and blows it off. How are 3 people working at a pizza place unable to make a pizza in an hour? She clearly doesn't care about the customer or her job, just wants to party with the other coworkers and drive away customers. Past experiences in the past couple months haven't been any better. The visit before this one, a different lady was working the window and was clearly under the influence of something, stumbling around happily and slurring her words. Absolute joke, never...
