Sat in the drive through for well over 20 mins, which I came at 4:00pm so that was not the issue. We get our food and headed out. Once I got home I opened my box of 10 piece tenders and they are all (besides the exception of two) the size of āpopcorn chickenā. I paid $12 for 10 popcorn chicken??? My fries also were burnt to a crisp! I go to this Mcdonalds all the time and never would I have thought that I wouldnāt want to return.
I did what any unhappy customer would do and I called to let them know my issue. The manager I spoke to was the most rude lady I have ever came across in my life!
I told her exactly what happened and the issues I had and was very nice about it. She literally called me a liar, said she boxed the food and my judgment is incorrect. I took pictures for this lady (because I live in fruitport and this Mcdonalds is in holland) and I told her I would even keep my food and not eat it for her to see for a remake the next day. Which she says well I need to see some pictures. I said of course thatās why I took them!
She said this one time I will remake it, and I need the pictures and the food.
Iām sorry but if Iām paying money for food anywhere and my order turns out like this I will exepect it to be remade until you can get it right or my money back.
She was so rude, very negative and still did not believe me about what I had received from this place! I asked her name several times she refused to tell me her name and then she hung up on me.
She was an older lady she was the manager on duty at 3:50-4:15 pm Feb 2nd 2018 she said she will be their Feb 3rd 2018 7am-4pm. I just want everyone to know I will not be returning to this location again. You really need to work on customer service, and trust me I know how hard it is to keep your cool. Guess what? Itās your job!

My husband got there to pick it up a few minutes prior to breakfast ending and was told they could not find an order despite being charged and having proof of what I ordered. The store manager was of no help and refused to make the order we had paid for. We were told they refunded the money but actually charged us again for more than what our original order cost. Had to then try to get that refunded as well and had to go back multiple times to get this issue resolved. Then again tonight we picked up an online order that was supposed to be ready 608 and at 634 finally left with our order. They again told us they ālost the orderā. They couldnāt care less about customers in the lobby. I will NEVER go to this location again. Ordered 2 20piece chicken nuggets (40 nuggets total) only got 1 20 piece (20 nuggets total). Luckily we check EVERY order now to make sure it is correct because 10/10 it is NOT. Son went inside to get missing items. How hard is it to count to 4, especially when NOT busy? If you can do your job properly, maybe find a new line of work?
11/20/2021 I just went through the drive through and ordered a #3 double quarter pounder meal.. burger was a regular quarter pounder, and it was cold and stale. Ordered a large sweet tea that tasted like it had sanitizer or gas in it. They were busy, so no reason food and drink should have been gross. Very last time I go there. Second strike you are OUT!
6 months ago They were open, had at least 1 employee, but noone bothered to do their job and take people's orders. Sat over 5 mins waiting so left. Way to go McDonalds employees, you want more money? Maybe...
