Burlington — Local services in Holly Springs

Employee name Ashlee, pretends to be the store manager when I asked for the manager after I was charged double at the time of checkout and she refused to take it off. She then lied and said she took it off and still charged me then when I looked at my receipt it still showed where she rung it up twice. She then put $11.80 on the counter and tell me that’s all she can give me when the item was $19.99. I asked to speak to someone higher than her because of how rude she was towards me and she said no and I argued with her a little until she then slammed 19.99 on the counter and I said so you not going to give me the taxes I paid and she just ignored me. This person should not have a customer service job. Burlington in Holly Springs seems like they don’t care about their customers from the reviews I seen at this location. This is not Ashlee’s first time mistreating customers and probably won’t be the last because her managers allow her to do so. I will never shop there again. No one should be treated this way when shopping. I hate that I spent my $123 with them. I will never shop at a place like this that don’t appreciate...

Met the most unhelpful "manager" at the Holly Springs store today. Didn't catch her name though. I wanted to check the price of a Chaise Lounge and it didn't have any sticker. She asked me to bring the sofa to the counter so the cashier can check the price. The store does not even have a larger cart to bring the sofa. She suggested I turn it on the side and put it on the regular cart or carry it. She just walked away after the suggestion and she was not even at the counter.

I asked the girl at the counter if she can help and she called for another manager. At least the new manager walked with me to the aisle to check out the piece. She tried to help, but, unfortunately she could not figure out the price and asked us to check back in a couple of days. Not sure how a store is unable to find items from...

If the experience i had on the phone says anything about this location I'll never go I called to ask a quick simple question the 1st time I called it just rang and rang i hung up tried again this time someone picked up and hung up the phone not saying a word, and the 3rd time I called i finally got someone they didn't say their name or anything and had an extremely rude attitude when they answered my question I said Thank you and they hung up no bye no anything just slam. I'll drive to Burlington Fayetteville or Aberdeen to avoid this location from this...
