DO NOT EAT HERE, THAT IMMATURE LITTLE GIRL WHO WORKED THE NIGHT OF 8/10/2017 HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER...! I CALLED IN TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY AND I ORDERED QUART OF VEGGIE FRIED RICE AND NOODLE STIX....THIS LITTLE LOPSIDED BRAIN GIRL TOLD "ITS 9.46 IT HAS TO BE $10 TO DELIVER !!!", I TOLD HER "OK ADD GINGER BEER, BUT I LIVE 3 MIN AWAY". THEN SHE SAID "OK BUT WHY ARE YOU SAYING YOU LIVE 3 MIN AWAY" I SAID "FORGET IT", IS THAT ALL??" SHE COMES BACK AND SAYS , "BUT WHY YOU SAY THAT, WHAT IS THAT SUPPOSE TO MEAN??" I SAID NEVERMIND I JUST DIDNT UNDERSTAND SOMETHING BUT FORGET IT... CAN YOU IMAGINE THIS GIRL REPLIES AGAIN PROVOKING THE SITUATION (IN A VERY NASTY MANNER)"BUT WHAT ARE YOU SAYING YOUR 3 MIN AWAY FOR, WHAT IS THAT SUPPOSE TO MEAN ?? I SAID WELL I AM NOT THAT FAR FOR U GUYS TO MAKE A BIG DEAL FOR .60 AT THE END OF NIGHT... SHE HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME, "WELL TO DELIVER IS $10 MIN, I DONT SEE WHAT 3 MIN AWAY HAS TO DO WITH ANYTHING, ACROSS THE STREET WOULD BE NOT ANYHING OF A BIG DEAL!!!"", YOU ARE 3 MIN AWAY, DO U STILL WANT FOOD OR NOT!!! It seems as if this girl gets questioned a lot when it's near $10 and get over, ITS YOUR JOB, its a part of the position, if you don't want to be the receptionist then find something else to do like take trash out!!!! YOU SHOULD NOT EVEN HAVE CONTACT WITH PEOPLE... I never had a chance to taste the food and Its fine, I have seen enough reviews saying that they were dirty and served stale food and their customer service sucked but damn, would never think even to people over phone and service says a lot about what's going on behind... If I don't care about customers, why would you care what I eat??? I THOUGHT THE COMPLAINTS WERE IN PEROSN BUT NOW I SEE THAT LITTLE GIRL IS ANGRY FOR NO REASON. Don't let her work nights, she doesn't want to be there...

Our first time getting food here. Wow!!! The food was excellent! I had chicken chowmein and chicken with mixed vegetables. I don't know how they cook their chicken but it literally melts in your mouth! And the pieces of chicken were huge too and lots of it. There were all kinds of vegetables in the mixed vegetables chicken including water chestnuts which is my favorite! And so many places don't use them anymore. The crispy noodles for the chowmein were homemade and very tasty. The chowmein was different from what I'm use to getting at home (MN). It's in a light sauce with a lot of cabbage and onions and tons of huge pieces of chicken. It was delicious! My husband had the bbq rib tips and they were wonderful. The sauce wasn't too tangy and the meat was wonderful. Because our order was over $25 we got a free order of krab rangoons. I generally don't care for those but I ate 3 of them in about 5 minutes!🤣 They were off the charts good! We will definitely be going back. There are so many things I want to try now that I know they're such an excellent restaurant. FYI they only do take out and delivery. I walked in and ordered and my food was ready in 15 minutes. The responses I am even seeing on previous bad reviews are lacking in professionalism. I used to enjoy this place, even when they forgot my crab rangoon on a previous order I still spent more money with them. Today, I ordered General Tso's chicken with rice combo and received what felt like hard rocks as meat which was not edible. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager who wanted me to drive and get replacement meat only, not the rice. My rice was clearly cold and if I could drive there at that time I wouldn't have ordered delivery. After she refused to simply make the whole combo over, as I was bringing back the whole plate, I decided to just save my gas money and tell her I wasn't coming.
