If you’re looking for coffee with an attitude, this is the place! Seriously, who’s hiring these people?

I used to go to this Starbucks every day, but the customer service got so bad it started ruining my coffee. No one wants to start their morning like that!

Today, I stopped by and ordered my usual along with a pup cup for my dog. When I mentioned it was for a large dog, the barista snapped, “We only have one size for that.” I just said, “Okay?” and moved on. As I was pulling up my app to pay, she started taking another order, so I waited. When I was finally ready, she gave me a nasty look, and when I said I was ready, she rudely replied, “Well, I’m waiting for you!”

I ordered the Impossible Breakfast sandwich. It was delicious. The place was in need of a good cleaning. I mentioned to the cashier that there was a flying insect going inside a large silver bag that was opened. Totally ignored me. The front counter was sticky. The appliances were dirty, The side counter tops were dusty--I wiped one side down during a visit and wiped where you picked up your order on another visit. The blenders were cloudy looking. When I tell you these 2 ladies were a nightmare I am not even downplaying From the moment I walked up to the counter, they spoke to me like I had audacity to even order Starbucks.
