LISTENNNN! I cannot begin to fathom the LACK of customer service and humanity that these people working at these location have! Every single time i go its a huge issue, the food is cold, they do not have items off the menu, the people working there are outrageous and horrible human beings! I understand that it is not a 5 star restaurant or what have you, but if you hate any job as much as you show you do then why in the world are you working there treating every customer that pops into your window like garbage?! Every single time its a disappointment which is why i rarely go to these fast food places anymore only if its an emergency and tonight turned out to be an emergency as i was starving, got off of work and didnt feel like cooking and it was 4am so, i get there and i see a car backing up and she almost hit me so i start backing up so she doesnt hit my car and let her go thinking that she does not have money or whatever her case is, and i get back in line to order and stand there assuming they were going take my order then 15 mins later the guy says “im sorry the system is shut down.” At this point there were already 2 cars behind me, and i try to go straight not backward because its easier right, but it turns out that there was a empty turned on car parked in the drive thru and the employees started screaming at me telling me to honk at it, to go backward, telling me to do things they should be doing instead of getting their lazy butts out of the store and letting all of their customers know what was going on. This has already wasted 30 minutes of my time and my sleep when i simply just wanted chicken nuggets. It wasnt about not getting the food because i can eat sleep for dinner, it was about how they treated another human and how poorly they were doing their job. At least i can keep my weight down and eat healthier shrugs, anyway i had to get that out. UPDATE: Seems they're open 24 hours on the weekends only. But I guess they might not be used to the hours as they never get my order correct. Used to order the breakfast sandwich and a hash brown. They would get the sandwich order wrong. Got to the point where now I just order the #2 without coffee (make my own). How hard can that be. Anyways, now I'm missing the hash brown. It's not like they have a long line.🫤😵‍💫😡 Just checked out receipt, mistake was the person who took the order. They only inputted the sandwich.🙄🤨. #2 is the sandwich, hash browns and coffee, therefore a #2 without coffee is the sandwich and hash brown only NOT just the sandwich.

McDonald's, should be like a Chinese restaurant and put numbers on all their menu items not just the meals. Then maybe they will get the order right and their customer's will leave "happy".

Supposedly drive thru is open 24 hours, NOT TRUE. Went by to get some breakfast before starting my morning (0645) shift at the hospital. There was no one there except a guy who was mopping the floor and didn't even look my way when I pulled up to the window to see if they would take my order. Nope, no such luck🤨. Don't advertise that the drive thru is open 24 hours when it's not. There other McDonald's on Hollywood Blvd. close to SR-7 also advertises 24 hr Drive thru, same...
