Subway — Restaurant in Hollywood

I am the leader of a humanitarian group of teens. We had been in Brazil for a month, and decided to get subway at the beach as our first meal backing the states. Since our group is large, both of our cards were declined as the purchase was large and in a new country. Your employee was so rude. She started yelling at me in front of the other customers. I tried giving her a card over the phone and she said that wasnt possible. As I was on the phone with the program manager, trying to figure out the problem, she was impatient and unhelpful. I know I was holding up the line, I felt terrible, but yelling at me and not letting me have anytime to be on the phone did not help it go any faster. I suggested she help the other customers while I resolve the problem, and I would pay as soon as the card was liberated. She continued in a very rude and cutting tone that that wasnt possible, she couldn't just write down the total and charge me in a few minutes. I'm sure she was stressed, but so was I. I ordered 2 foot long sandwiches and asked for them to both have drinks and chips. I didn’t even want the chips but figured ok. After not getting my second drink, I asked for it and was told by the old blonde lady that I ordered it wrong. No I didn’t. She heard what she wanted to hear. On top of that, I had tipped $4 to make it better for the employees. Two people ordering btw eating in. She then proceeded to bill me again which I thought was the difference but it wasn’t! She billed $5.00 for an extra chip and drink and said she would have to call the manager who wouldn’t answer if I had a complaint or needed a refund as I had said she could have refunded the first order and then recharged it. This is before I even sat down to eat. It cost me $35 for two sandwiches and two lemonades with tiny bags of chips. This use to be busy. It was dead on Memorial Day with the beach full of patrons. My girlfriend and i went here for a little lunch, i got the monster and she got the spicy italian, i got my order going and i couldn’t hear a single word the lady said as she is making my order she’s just staring at my girlfriend with a nasty look for some reason, and then my girlfriend orders and she gets her spicy sub and they charged her extra for pepperoni like that’s how the sub comes btw, should be no extra fees, and then i proceed to get my meal and i ask for large soda and the soda i receive is a 20oz, which is like a small in most places, as my girlfriend said that’s a small and the ladies just acted like we weren’t there for some reason so we just payed and left, what a...
