We bought 30 min for my nephew and niece (1hr in total). We paid $98.30. The cashier young man didn’t have chance, so he asked if wasn’t a problem to give us only $1.00. We said it was ok. at the end the kids would have fun. We wait until the hr schedule but nobody came to ask anything. We were sitting waiting and people who came after us started surfing before my kids. When we complained then they allowed my nephew and niece surf (2 min each) then they need to wait more time. We had to speak with another trainer and she took care of they alleging that side of the surfing place was for the all day pass. Another people left because of the same thing. I thought that would be fun but in reality was the other way. A lot of complains and at the end they were surfing more or less 15 between both of them. If someone is planning to go there be aware that that is a robbery. We paid 100 bucks for 7 to 8 minutes each kid. This is a good way to steal money!!! I would like to give 0 star but 1 is the minimum....
Read moreI recently had the opportunity to try out flow riding, and I must say that the actual riding itself was a blast! However, there were a couple of aspects that left me very very disappointed.
Firstly, the biggest downside was the fact that I had to share the ride with 5 or more people. This felt like a total rip-off, as my 30-minute session translated into only about 5 minutes (or maybe even less) of actual riding time. This aspect significantly dampened my overall experience.
On the bright side, I’d like to give a huge shoutout to the instructor. He was an exceptional individual, providing excellent guidance and making the best out of a less-than-ideal situation. I’d gladly give him a 5-star rating for his professionalism and enthusiasm.
In summary, the flow riding itself was undeniably enjoyable, but the limited ride time due to sharing with multiple people was disappointing. Nonetheless, the instructor’s dedication and expertise added a positive note to...
Read moreWe spent three amazing days at the Flowrider wave pool at Margaritaville on Hollywood Beach, and I can’t say enough great things about Bill and James, the instructors who made the entire experience unforgettable. They were absolutely incredible with my daughter, my son, and my wife, helping each of them learn how to surf with patience, enthusiasm, and nonstop encouragement.
They clapped, cheered, and built up their confidence every single time they got on the wave. My son was nervous at first, but thanks to their support, he got on and had a blast. That alone made it all worth it.
Honestly, the Flowrider itself is a ton of fun, but Bill and James took it to the next level. Their energy and kindness made it such a special experience for our whole family. We came back three days in a row—it was worth every penny. We’ll definitely be back, and we hope they’re here...
