I don't like how I was treated as a customer. They advertise that they have a large pizza special that comes with a "free" pitcher of soda or beer. The large pizza is $14.99 on the memo, so one would think if the pitcher was "free" that the price would be $14.99. The special price including the "free" pitcher is $15.99. That seemed silly to me, so I questioned the waitress about the "free" pitcher. I thought "free" meant free. I wasn't aware that "free" meant $1.00 extra. The waitress became very defensive and rude. All she would say was "I''ll take it back, I'll take it back". How about answering my simple question. The pizza was good. When we received the bill, they added 15% gratuity. It clearly states on their menu that gratuity will be added to parties of 4 or more. We were a party of 3 and our service was rude and obnoxious and their advertising is deceptive. I asked about the tip and the guy said "oh I'll take it off, I'll take it off". Ok, you do that buddy....... I asked to speak to a manager, because this experience was unpleasant and the response was "concerning"? Concerning go get a manager when one is requested. Absolutely terrible. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I saw they were getting busy but there was absolutely no excuse for their complete inattentiveness. First off, we sat at the table for a solid 10-15 mins before someone finally arrived. After ordering drinks, it took an additional 10 mins or so, and when we finally got around to the food, my meal came out first and I stalled eating until the persons food I was with arrived. 10 mins go by. Another 10 minutes go by. And then another. After 40 mins I concluded they forgot about her food. At this point, our appetites had subsided. The food they brought out didn’t even come with silverware, ranch dressing, napkins, anything. The foods presentation was awful itself. The reel you in acting all nice until you sit down, they ignore you. Our waitress was rude. Didn’t feel like she wanted to take our order. I felt really uncomfortable right when we sat down like it was an inconvenience to her. After we ordered our drinks, she forgot my daughters water and it took 20 mins for her to get water. She walked by us 17 times. I counted. She want that busy. I worked I. Restaurants before, I can tell when it’s busy and when the server is lazy. My guy was telling me to just leave after ordering our drinks but we were hungry and stayed. Should’ve listened to my gut. Waited 20 mins to get a check that we never got. Tables that came AFTER us were gone and the tables were clean. I just left money on the table and we were walking out. Told her we were waiting for our check and she just smiled.
