South Beach Lady Yacht Charter — Attraction in Hollywood

On July 4th, 2022, I attended an event on the South Beach Lady. I was extremely disappointed with the service and food from this company. First off, we were supposed to leave the shore at 7:00pm, but the captain didn't arrive until 7:40pm so we left late due to this, but by 10:50pm they were docking the boat not supplementing our time for him running late which was completely unfair. The food was horrible and had no taste whatsoever. The 1st level/floor on the yacht was hot as a sauna and this yacht was clearly understaffed. The host and promoter of the event were great and tried their best to make everyone comfortable, but unfortunately it was too many issues. I had my Birthday Party on the South Beach Lady Yatch and they did a phenomenal job! The service and the food were superb. The managenent and staff paid attention to every minute and pertinent detail and were very accommodating. Lulu was awesome! The Chef magical. He created an anazing buffet for very descriminating palets. If you are looking for an amazing experience and cherished memories book with the South Beach Lady. They will work with you to make your dream a reality and make you shine. The Yatch is well maintained and beautiful with its own ambiance needing little or no decor. My guests are still raving! And after your event they are still helpful with a smile in case you left...

What a horrible experience. I went on this boat for New Years Eve 2019, I paid $571 for two. They advertise it as premium drinks and till 2 am. The boat had 350 guest and only had two bars so it was mission to get a drink. One bar was on the 3rd deck and the other one on the 4th deck. Like around 11 pm the bar on the 3rd deck ran out of black label. They also closed both bars at 1 am and at 1:30 the boat had docked and everybody had to leave the boat. What disappointment adventure after the amount of money they charged. I am never going back on this boat nor would I recommend to anyone. We are disputing this transaction and hopefully we will get our money back. I call this false...
