We stayed in the hotel, so headed to the Sunset Club to celebrate daughter's 16th bday. It is a nice ice roof-top area and were seated promptly. I was fairly hungry so I ordered a 'Large Plate' per the menu, of grilled octopus which was $22. Daughter and friend each ordered sushi rolls which were $21 each. I eat sushi fairly often and don't know if I've ever paid so much for a roll of sushi, but it was a special occasion. My plate was large indeed, but with little food. I wound up ordering another sushi roll for myself since the octopus plate wasn't enough for a meal. When the roll came, I asked the server for an extra napkin but never got it. She nor he (we had two servers attending our small party) brought one and I was never asked for a water refill. After waiting much too long, I walked to an area that had an iced water jug and helped myself to water and some napkins. We also waited too long for the check that I had to search our server for it. So on top of almost non-existent service and way over priced food, this establishment adds 20% tip automatically to the bill as if the service warrants it. I do not recommend this place if you want descent food and service. If what you're looking for is a 'cool' place to chill and have a few beers then this may be it. Based on the experience with the food, I would guess that any cocktail here would be extremely overpriced, most likely pre-mixed for standard beachy drinks like margaritas, mojitos, etc..., and...

I had high hopes for coming here. We came for Mothers Day. It was the worst experience ever. The host and servers were horrible. I had an umbrella right next to me and it fell over the building! So dangerous! Someone could have gotten hurt! These ppl DID NOT CARE! I almost got hurt and they did NOTHING. I asked if they had another umbrella available and of course they did not. Then I had specifically told ther waitress we wanted our appetizer first to please make sure it was brought first and of course they brought the appetizer with the food. I sent it back. Then there was another table next to me unoccupied with an umbrella... I asked if we could be moved there instead. The waitress said she would check and never came back until about 20 mins of me baking in the sun. To top it off they automatically grat so of course they don't care. They're getting an automatic tip for horrible service. I would never recommend this place. The music is good and the view is nice but that's all it has.

05/20/25 - I would like to update my review. Apparently the manager was notified that we did not have a good experience. I received a call that same evening and spoke to the manager. She apologized for everything and did remove the automatic grat and one of the food items we had purchased. She advised she agreed that tips are earned and if we did not feel like it was earned she...
