💥The best bike rental shop in Hollywood Beach. By far. They have a tremendous variety and a tremendous stock. The owner and the employees are very friendly, very accommodating, if you are a few minutes late after your appointed time to come back in, they're not going to needle and dime you. They're just not like that. That's why they have had such excess. Customer service is Paramount here, as is the quality of the bikes. My kids and I have been here many times in the past, and we've never had any problems with this. Outfitter. I highly recommend this place, this is truly one of the best rental bike outfitters in Hollywood Beach, and the staff is more than accommodating.

Can't get any better than that, well then, you have the parking garage right across.

What's awesome, is that you can Park in the margaritaville hotel parking garage, which has the same prices as the city of Hollywood Beach parking garages. The nice thing about this one, is as soon as you exit the parking garage, you can see the bike rental store right across the grassy area/where everybody sits down and watches the entertainment on the soundstage. I'm pretty sure they only utilize the soundstage with bands on the weekends. I've added some simple snapshots from maps, so you can see how close it is.

⚠️⚠️Make sure to enter off JOHNSON STREET in order to be able to access the margaritaville public garage. As most streets are one way in the Hollywood Beach area and one way out.

You guys! I really wanted to start rollerblading for exercise and because it looks like a lot of fun. I used to do it ages ago. I called and asked if they have lessons. The man I spoke with said they do refreshers and said that it was very important that I schedule a time. So I scheduled it for 7 p.m. Friday. He checked his schedule and said that would be great.

You guys know what the traffic is like around here. So I really pushed it to get there on time. I walk in. The lady behind the counter is having dinner. I tell her and therefore my 7 p.m. lesson.

She tries to call him multiple times. He doesn't even answer!

I know a lot of the people who come here are here for a limited time because they're on vacation. Don't waste your time! My mom always told us. Don't trust people who treat their time differently than they treat you or time.

And I have to tell you guys. This guy didn't call me to say something came up.

The people there did not think anything of him flaking on me. It makes you wonder how well they take care of their equipment. If they think so little of their customers....

Caution to Families: Bikes in disrepair!!!

I'll start by saying there are better bike shops in the area (I'm from out of town and wished I would've shopped around more). As a avid cyclist, I was appalled at the condition of the bikes...foreshadowing what would happen on my ride, but more on that later. Let's go chronologically:

The owner arrived 15 minutes late to open the shop. He offered up random bikes, though I inquired about road bikes (like his website advertises) he pointed me toward a cruiser in disrepair and I didn't see any road bikes in the shop. I ultimately opted for one of the massive fat tire beach cruisers...while fun to ride, the left crank/pedal arm fell off about 2/3 through my ride!!! This is a catastrophic failure owing to poor upkeep of equipment and should NEVER happen! The gent sitting behind try register did apologize and offered me a refund. Instead, I asked that he keep the money and use it to employ a full time mechanic to keep bikes in running order.
