I am furious.
First, we tried this Taco Bell after moving here nearly a year ago. There were onions littered in things that didn't deserve onions. Added to that, we had to wait inside for our food for nearly fifteen minutes. Drive through was practically empty and we were the only ones inside.
Second time I go, the boy at the drive through looked as though I was wasting his time by asking for hot sauce. So sorry I asked for something you carry in high supply.
And now? We waited in the drive through for five minutes. Five. Minutes. Waiting at the teller to answer "can I take your order?" Or anything like that. We spoke. We saw an order flash on the screen of something we didn't even order or say and assumed that it just wasn't working. We drove up and said out right, "we waited and couldn't get your attention. Can we place an order?" I would have taken "drive around again, we're sorry we missed you but someone else is in que."
Would have taken that. But no. Nope. "No you didn't."
Excuse me? We are in a car with a clock. We waited. We watched. We also noticed that the line was moving stupid slow so of course we're going to try and figure out what's going on.
This woman was the rudest person I have ever met in fast food in my life. I normally consider Taco Bell a decently safe place to go because how do you mess up Americanized Mexican food? But her? I'm furious. I will be contacting corporate. I will leave every negative review I can. We went there between 8:45 and 9:00 pm on a Saturday night, 8/19/17 and the woman at the drive through was rude, terrible, and truly the most infuriating individual I have ever encountered. I understand that your job sucks. I understand that you are busy. But when we watch the car in front of us stall, we wait for five minutes, and the person behind us waited before you decided to FINALLY SPEAK UP, then you suck at...

My fiancé and I went in the drive thru with a mobile order for pick up and the man at the window was giving me a lot of attitude and was generally rude to me. When I noticed that our EXTRA cheese nachos had no cheese I went inside to say something and just get cheese cause that’ll make me happy, the staff completely ignored me and the line of people. I made eye contact with multiple people and had to get someone to come over by saying “Is anyone going to help the resister?” Mind you I tried saying hello multiple times before that. Since it took 5 minutes from me entering I was getting annoyed. When the man came over he said “I was in the middle of an order.” And I knew he was just using that as an excuse because I saw him physically finish multiple orders. He came over and I told him about the cheese and the fact that I made another mobile order and he just said “okay” and walked away. It wasn’t until another woman (I think a manager) came over and helped me at the beginning of her shift and she helped by making me a beef nachos. I tried telling her it was chicken but she didn’t hear me and when she came back with beef and I told her I don’t eat beef and she got visibly annoyed. Read moreThe lady that serviced me was super disrespectful all because I asked for a different soda due to the soda tasting like club soda all I asked for what a different flavor soda outside where she had me waiting and gave me a crazy tantrum , not only that but also made me wait 30 mins for a mobile order , I would’ve thought ordering in the app would’ve been since I always do it , I also mentioned my name for the mobile app order and had to say my name about 10 times also said nice loud and clear and she still didn’t get the name right . After everything she started to curse me out and called me all type of slur words which is insane customer service specially when I came to her at first nicely until it was enough . She crossed the line multiple times. This is insane to have these type of people working here it’s almost like she was having a bad night all night . And yes called me all type of slur words I will for sure be calling corporate on this location specifically and if I can sue I will sue for being racist as well .
