TEKILA BAR CLUB — Restaurant in Hollywood

Club was a disgrace!!!! They kicked two males out for being GAY! All they were doing was dancing, they were NOT bothering anyone, they weren't disrespectful, they were MINDING THEIR OWN BUSINESS (Enjoying the music) and out of no where the bouncer kicks them out! I walked up to the bouncer (politely) and asked him "what did the guys do to get kicked out? They were only here for 5 mins" and the bouncer said "they were drunk" so I said "really? I saw them come in and all they did was dance to part of a song and you came and kicked then out". We came here and spent alot of money and when witnessing people being discriminated against because of their sexuality, was super disgusting. The bouncer had no valid reason to kick these guys out. I'm am so irritated. In these time where we are fighting for equality and to be treated fairly, you have people who just feel that they are better or above other people and treat humans who are different from them with such disrespect. I have been going to Rocky Point for nearly 50 years. In all this time i cant say enough about The” tekila bar “in Puerto Penasco! It is the number one spot to hang out with all friends and family. Martyne the manager there not only takes care of you beyond what any bartender does in America but when you leave there you will feel like you have a friend! I Highly recommend this establishment due to tge employees the food and the service. Not one bad thing to say about this place. My recommendation to all who visit is to Ask for Martyne. If you need any help regarding anything such as a place to stay or help in general he will go out of his way to help you out. We were at the bar tonight ( on a Wednesday, mind you) both male and female bartenders watched us walk in. There were a total of 7 guests indoor and out. They looked at us and refused to serve us. Not sure if it’s because we not a part of the community they were serving. Extremely unprofessional and rude. If you are visiting here, I highly don’t recommend.

In response to the owner: the menus were already on the counter when we walked in the bar. Which leads me to be even more upset with a statement that you watched the cameras and saw them hand the menus to us. That’s a complete fabrication.
