Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Holmes Beach

I love this Store... let’s face it sometimes it’s busy but hey , it’s on an island !! Sometimes there is just way too many people here!! The food is always hot, fresh and made just like i order! I order online and have it delivered most days. delivery is never longer than 10 min tops! The drivers are always plesent and are usually the same faces...which tells me they are treating their employees fair cuz there seems to be low turnover. The few times i have ordered carry out there is never a line, i am always promptly greeted, and the store is so very clean... they even had new chalk out for my five year old to draw on a clean chalkboard with. I was given correct change and a receipt and a business card magnet too!! It’s a 10...

Ordered pizza last night and was told it would be 18 - 28 minutes. Nobody there seemed to have a clue what they were doing and there were half a dozen other people waiting a long time too. We were given a bunch of excuses from 'the phones went out' (wouldn't that mean that you could actually get on and do the orders you have quickly!), the storm (there was no power outage) to 40 customers walked in from the Ugly Grouper (there was no sign of 40 customers walking in while I was there). After nearly an hour it was finally ready and tbh was awful. Overcooked pizza with a different crust than usual and it tasted terrible. Ordered carry out online on 6-17-22. The place was filthy dirty. When we got in the car with the pizza it had a horrible smell, like it was spoiled but we weren’t sure. We each tried a piece at home but the sauce was so disgusting with a bad, sour taste that I couldn’t finish mine. Just what we ate of it made us both sick. I have had excellent luck with the Dominoes on Cortez Road. Never had a bad pizza but this was at least my 3rd bad experience with the one on Holmes Beach. Live and learn.
