I placed an order online through door dash, $82.59 for two sides, macaroni and mash potatoes and I also ordered three piece chicken meal and two chicken sandwiches with fries. I could have got a full steakhouse dinner for that price. Nonetheless we were beyond hungry. So I ordered anyway. I thought with the money I'm spending at least the food would be hot, fresh and good. Little did I know that I was in store for straving disappointment. The food finally arrived way later than the estimated delivery time. We retrieve the food and started sorting it for distribute. The sticker was still on the bag so it couldn't have been tampered with by the doordash driver. Stomach's empty, I frantically searched through the bags. My family gathered at the table,Waiting to enjoy a delicious filing meal together. On my frantic search through the bags I started to unfold the disheartening truth. My order was missing items. Perhaps my daughter's mac and cheese and my elderly mom's mash potatos must have decided they were going to take the plunge into a popeyes employee's mouth instead of coming home to us. I felt cheated not only of my bank account but for my hungry family that was robbed the meal the were so excited to enjoy. My eyes swelling with tears I apologized to my hungry daughter and mother as it was to late to save the evening and replace and report the never to be seen food. Popeyes was officially closed for the night. With hope, I couldn't imagine things could get any less disastrous. I was shockingly proven delusional. I was prepared to sink my teeth into my juicy three piece chicken meal with fries included. I sat down hoping this meal would be worth the already stress me and my family endured. I anxiously opened my box of food, there it wasn't. I received what I could describe as two pieces of the remains of a very nutrition deficient lethargic under weight chicken. Shocked in dismay I lowered my head , took a deep breath and hoped for a new horizon with fresh fries upon it. It happened again, the fries didn't exist in the box in which they came. Confused at my discovery, I happen to glance over and Yes! there... there they were in amazement a beautiful orange box just fresh for the taking. I quickly opened this box of delicious grease and seasoning only to be hold a site I couldn't unsee. A small cold bunched up, lifeless clump of its former glory. These fries had seen better days. I could not permit or fathom these fries to enter my mouth. At this point, it was a painful realization that all has gone wrong. Clinging to a shred of light at the end of the tunnel I had hoped and dreamed that just only something, could be made correctly. Yeah, my other two family members had their sad excuse for a crispy chicken sandwich. They were far from anything that should be deemed note worthy . As for their fries, they must have went the way of the dodo, they were clearly extinct, except they never really existed only in our fantasies. So good people of Google, I leave you with this. Don't pay for overpriced fried chicken. You want fresh delicious, hot chicken? Just go down the street to Publix before 7pm it's $10.99 for a full whole fried chicken you can even obtain a few deli made fresh sides for less than $20.00. This concludes my review and to you popeye's I...

It was kind of difficult to understand what she was saying, but it was still the way that she approached her. It was just rude. I was trying to give my order and I let her know also that I was trying to fill out an application and she was like the hiring manager just walked past. She told me to scan the front door to fill out an application then she got my food gave it to me. I had a seat inside to eat my food. I noticed another young man behind me on a computer named Terrell helped me out and told me to go to Indeed to do an application instead of doing the the one, the young lady referred me to hiring manager was very helpful to the other employees. I see that Miss Shameka really goes by the rules and making sure that they are online doing what needs to be done for their job that they were hired for other than that it was just a young lady at the front counter. The visit was wonderful. It was just a rudeness of...
Read morePopeyes is like that one friend who promises to show up on time but somehow always gets lost on the way—no matter how simple the task, they manage to mess it up. You could order something as straightforward as a three-piece combo with fries, but somehow, they’ll give you spicy tenders, coleslaw, and forget the drink altogether. And don’t even get me started on the dipping sauces—you’re more likely to win the lottery than actually receive the sauces you requested. It’s almost impressive how consistently they underperform, as if they have a secret competition going on to see how confused they can make you at the drive-thru. Meanwhile, Chick-fil-A feels like a breath of fresh air in the chaotic world of fast food. They somehow nail the art of handing over a chicken sandwich with military precision and a side of joy. The moment you roll into a Chick-fil-A, you’re greeted like royalty, and they ask if you need anything else with the kind of genuine care that makes you wonder if they’re auditioning for a customer service Hall of Fame. You leave feeling not just full, but emotionally fulfilled—unlike the frustration you get trying to decipher your Popeyes order while eating in your car and wondering where the extra biscuit you didn’t ask...
