Called in an orderfor a grilled chicken plate, my favorite meal here. When i got the plate home, the grilled chicken looked like it had already started eating it. Im not sure if maybe a part of it git stuck to the grill or what. Either way, i called to let them know that my food was not in good quality. Ivspoke with the manager Renae and she advised me that she was the one that boxed up my food and thats how the chicken normally looks. I advised her that i always get this item and it has never appeared this way... she told me i could bring it back and they would replace it or refund my money. I let her know that i was home and I don't live close. So she told me she would write my name down and i could bring it back tomorrow...so Renae and another employee continued to discuss my complaint after she said goodbye not knowing that i was still on the phone. I hear renae say, "she said that it looks like her chicken had already been eaten". and a 2nd person laughed and said, "how is that possible". After hearing that, I I repeatedly said hello to to try and get, whomever said it, attention. I am livid at this point so I hung up and called back and let them know i overheard their conversation, and that i was bringing the sorry chicken back tonight. Once I got their. I asked for Renae and the employee that made the comment. No one would fess up and say that they said it, and they said that renae was not there. A young lady came out who assumed was renae but it wasn't. Her name was Randy and she was a manager too. Very upset at this point, i filled her in on what happened and showed her my plate as several employees peered to see the chicken also. She immediately apologized, which i never got one from Renae. And she gave me options on what i could do. I requested to get a refund. She quickly processed my refund and gave me details on what to expect in the next few days. She welcomed me to call and aske for her if i had any problems. She apologized again, and i apologized to her and some of the other staff for being soooo upset with them about something they didn't do. I gave this experience 2 stars only because of Randy. She handled everything very quickly. She is very polite and professional. I must say overall, i am very disappointed in thisplace tonight. I never would have gotten upset had they not made the comments.
Update: Immediate feed back from management. Manager Michael called this am and addressed everything-very pleasant. Apologize and invited me back. I'm very satisfied with the outcome. Read moreFirst off let me say when I go anytime before 5 They have the best lemonade and cheese biscuits I never have any complaints but tonight I had went at 7oclock I went through the drive thru and spent $30 It was my kids bday and he is a picky eater I went the drive thru the 1st time my order was missing sides then we got to the parking lot there was no spoons or napkins in the bag to eat the sides with At this point I’m livid I just wanted to get sum to eat and eat it in the parking lot and then go to ColdBrewery I asked the manager am I supposed to eat it with my hands DJ even tho he came off as a nice person was still nasty cause I asked for salt and pepper He threw 30 packs of salt and 30 packs of pepper in a container and gave it to me He did give me a lemon pie that was crumbled at the bottom The drive thru tonight was awful and need to be trained better By the time I got the utensils the food was cold from the biscuits the ribs the French fries and the Mac and cheese to the chicken tenders and I just decided to go home I will go during the lunch hour at this location but never at dinner It was a waste of my money and my kids birthday was ruined I sat in my car because I’m 25 weeks pregnant and I didnt want to vomit in the restaurant plus we were in pajamas It took a lot for me to get up and drive Luckily we weren’t celebrating big on his bday and we can celebrate Saturday with friends and family I just think service can be better at night and when working customer service you should prepare it like your own food I understand time ratios of drive thrus and high turnover rates It just seemed unorganized with a lack of communication rushing people orders with the only goal a number to meet at the end of the night I didn’t ask for a remake cause I felt like someone would spit in my food and I didn’t want a refund cause i didn’t want one I’m sure I can throw it in the microwave for lunch and make it work if I wasn’t trying to eat there it wouldn’t have bothered me as much My son ended up going to McDonald’s getting a happy meal which...
Read moreJust wanted to share my experience with a wonderful team member, Diana, I encountered at Jim n Nick's & the outstanding customer service she graced me with Saturday afternoon. I purchased a chicken tender dinner and was shocked to find little, skimpy pieces of dry chicken tenders within my plate when I'm used to receiving big, meaty tenders when I eat here. Being the person I am (someone who avoids conflict & never wants to be a burden), instead of causing a scene & asking to replace the tenders, I went back around the drive thru & purchased another chicken tender meal in hopes I would receive a better batch. However, Diana quickly recognized me as the person she had just served minutes ago & asked if something was wrong. I confessed but told her not to worry, as I would purchase another meal & deal with it. Without a second thought, she quickly sprung into action & offered to replace my tenders with better ones & even gave me a full refund. I told her the refund wasn't necessary as all I wanted was just better chicken pieces but she insisted it was no problem. She replaced the tenders, provided a refund, told me if I ever had a problem to not hesitate & speak up as they would be more than happy to fix it, & even allowed me to keep the tenders I had while also giving me new ones. She educated me on how the refund process works & made me feel better by ensuring I was not being a bother & that she was happy to resolve my issue. Diana went above & beyond for me and it's people like her who give me hope in this world. She deserves such recognition & should even get the "employee of the month" parking space! Thank you so...
