Emily needs to be firmly reprimanded for aggressive, rude behavior and for unapologetically making numerous mistakes on my order. She tried to deflect the fact that she could not simply follow pointing of a picture for a drink. I reminded her that I wanted the whipped drink in the picture. After 2-3 attempts she still gave me a whip free drink and no cream in my coffee.
She made numerous mistakes on my order and kept throwing and banging the food. She even threw the whip cream cap and it landed over the counter near my child. Luckily it landed near her feet. Then she violently threw the coffee drink that she made by mistake with an angry bang into the trash can. I asked her to apologize for throwing something that landed by my child and she said it was an accident. She should not be training people at all. Her behavior was beyond traumatic!!!
She claimed she was the manager but she was beyond rude, aggressive and disrespectful. I was so embarrassed. She did this in front of my child. I was just inquiring about the difference in price. She was not forthcoming, she was curt and quick. She claimed she was busy. It was not even that busy. There was only one customer ahead of me. Her behavior was throughly unwarranted. I even tried to appeal to her humanity by telling her that she was being rude and yet she persisted. It was appalling!!! Nothing worked to dissuade her from behaving so disrespectfully.
In the end, this Emily still made mistakes on my order, I left with no cream in my coffee or whip cream in my drink and hubby had to go back to get it. I was too distraught and offended to go back there. Would you believe that I even told her I would contact corporate , and she smugly gave me my receipt and told me to get her name? She must be quitting or needs to be let go because she does not care about how she represents herself or her company.
She just kept being rude and making mistakes on our order.

Your worker ( Female) told my Boyfriend that he couldn’t order because the machines were already cleaned. According to your website your store hours are from 6am to 7pm. If the website reads wrong than I suggest you update it. If the closing time of your store is correct on the website 7pm I would suggest that you lose that worker who is refusing service to us the consumers that patron your store practically everyday. This worker of yours is costing you money to pay her hourly and in the meantime she’s losing money for your company when she TURNS AWAY a SALE 30 minutes prior to closing. Who knows how long she’s been doing that or how much money you’ve lost every time she works. A Manager should follow up or is She the Manager.

The manager on duty was trying to keep her guests and employees cool but unfortunately part of Ala Moana Center's air conditioning is broken. So, she had the shop doors allowing breeze to pass like many other areas in HI.
They noticed the front beverage cooler was struggling and a repair technician appeared while we waited. Not only was he courteous about everything, she was polite as well when it was suggested the open airflow might be the issue.
Anyway... Long letter to say that they're on top of things here, my partner's drink came out super fast, and I got a free ice water for my water bottle.
