I went in on a Monday just to browse and ended up purchasing a $60 permanent anklet. All the young girls working there are very sweet and they mentioned that if my anklet ever breaks, I can just bring in my receipt that I signed to receive one complimentary "fix" and thereafter, would be a cost. A week later, my anklet breaks. I am only available on Mondays/Tuesdays to get errands done and I leave on a trip shortly after. I walk in on that Tuesday, there is one girl inside with no other customers in the store. She asked if I wanted it fixed that day and I said yes, I need it fixed before my trip. She said she needed to call the owner to check if she can do it. I didn't understand what that meant since they are known for their permanent jewelry. Come to find out, they are only allowed to do permanent jewelry on weekends. I had no clue about this since I originally had mine done on a Monday. Once she spoke to the owner, she said that she cannot do the service since she's the only one in the store. I was very upset since no information was given to me regarding the days of the week + number of people working, especially since I was the only customer in the store and it was not busy. A store manager called shortly after the person working had spoken with the owner. Though she was nice, she said that they couldn't get a hold of the owner since she was very busy. I knew this was not the truth since the person working at the time had already spoken to her about this. I was there for 45 minutes begging to speak to the owner so I could let her know my situation regarding my trip and about how I wasn't aware of this store policy since it wasn't stated anywhere on my receipt or verbally even given (also the receipt was stamped as originally done on a Monday). I also suggested that if they couldn't accommodate me that day during business hours, then I would like my jewelry refunded since I wouldn't be able to wear it. Long story short, I was never able to speak with the owner, they said I could only email her and wait for a response. I wasn't accommodated that day even though it was their mistake and they refused to refund my $60 + tax back. I do understand it states, "no refunds" on the jewelry receipt, but given the situation, they should have accommodated one way or another since it was a mistake on the...
Read moreBrother accidentally left a bag there from another store. For about 10-15 mins. Employees called a friend to have them steal the bag. Said friend took the bag and left. When returning to the store we asked if someone took it. The description of the person. The teenage girls working there stated they moved the bag for us but then got busy and someone took it. They didn’t have a description. Then we asked to see the cameras and they all the sudden started changing their stories. One of the employees then went on break to text their friend who took the bag. They stalled and tried everything for us to not get ahold of the manager. Eventually when police were involved we got the tape and their friend was right on camera. The employees did everything they could to prevent us from getting our bag with valuables back. They knew the person and what they looked like the entire time. The manager did give us the tape but after that ghosted us and won’t answer a phone. The management is poor here. A couple of the employees are bad apples. Enough to never do business here again. They only cracked when police got involved. We didn’t press charges against the kid who took the bag because they brought it back but the employees...
Read moreEmployees are thieves! We called the police! We went in with our entire family and 3 of us got permanent bracelets. When we got up to leave we accidentally left one of our shopping bags. After 15 mins we returned and the 3 young female employees said that they had no idea what happened to the bag. There were cameras all over the store. We asked for the footage and to speak to the manager and the girls were doing everything they could to avoid the inevitable. We called security and eventually the police. The young female employees had contacted a friend to come in to the store and take the bag. They lied and changed their stories multiple times before the police got there. Eventually the embarrassment got to them and they cried for their parents. Cry cry. Lucky we didn't sent you to jail. The main girls name was KIANA. Manager blocked our number, she was in on it as well! Do NOT DO BUSINESS...
